The vitamins I was taking regularly kept going out of stock on amazon. I even had a subscription for them, but they kept not having them so I decided to look into a similar replacement. Well - turns out I think I like these Ultra Vita Man vitamins even more than the others. Size, shape, texture, and taste are all about the same. The key is to swallow them quick. What I do like though, is the larger quantity bottle. This is exactly a 3 month supply, so it makes it nice and easy. Value is pretty good also. At first glance, it seems more expensive... that is until you actually consider quantity. With these vitamins, I feel about the same as I did with the previous brand and I've had no adverse effects. They go down fairly easy and have never once bothered my stomach. They have a nice blend of vitamins/minerals and whatnot and seem like a great blend for males. I'll continue to use these - hopefully they do not go away.

I have been using this brand of muti-vitamins and minerals for over 10 years. I will not trade this for other brand. It works. Every year, I experimented with skipping it for 2 weeks to make sure it is worth the trouble and cost. I do not care what other massive double blinded test on the effectiveness of vitamins, all I care is what it could do for me. To me it is a cheap insurance policy for healthy longevity. Everyone' body is different. Vitamins and minerals are essential ingredients/cofactors to many of processes for health maintenance. I will not be happy if I have to say: "I could have the Ultra Vita Man multi vitamin and minerals!" when it is too late. For the cost of a soda or V8, it could provide the essential supplemental nutrients for a week. Our food and diet is not as nutritious, our environments are more polluted, and our life style are more stressed, vs a generation ago. I could not afford an "all organic food" diet, but I could afford this pills at 17 cents each. It might be a waste of money, but it could also prolong a few more years of healthy living. I like to hedge my bets to my favor in the Game of Life. This is my humble opinion on deciding. I have good genetics but I could not control the future. After over a year of using these I would high recommend. These are great from men over 40. This brand makes several other good vitamins that were tried also but I go back to these. Price is fair. **** Note: The pill size is kind of large. I personally break it in half and take half in the morning and the other half at lunch and I feel this helps my late afternoon and evening fatigue. Recommended.

Without turning this into something about me, I'll just say that as a matter of profession, I know a few things about supplements. This one is definitely solid for guys. The mix of nutrients and the amounts are impressive for the price. If you match this with an elimination of anti-nutrient foods, you'll notice a difference.

I'm not saying to buy or not to buy, just giving my experience. I knew before the blood work results that I was getting more vitamin A than needed because the first pee after taking them each day, I have the classic neon fluorescent glowing green pee lol. Anyhow I didn't have everything tested but all the D and B vitamin levels are at the upper level of the normal range. Those were the most important for me. I wasn't low on any of the things tested. Over time I'll have more blood work and if something changes, I'll add it here. I also did a 2 day test between the 1st and 2nd bottle to where I didn't take any to see if I would notice and yes I felt low of energy after not taking it. I don't notice anything taking it but definitely have low energy after not taking it.

I had been getting some of the minerals found in this supplement in separate bottles. More pills meant more time and more money for the same nutrients. With the recommended dosage being two/day I can take one at each of two meals which may improve absorption.

I was a GNC Mega Man customer for years. Puritan's Pride Ultra Vita Man Time Release last longer throughout the day and I feel better. If you're a Mega Man guy, definitely give these a Go.
