Missing pieces
Beautiful set, but the animal pieces were missing. Couldn't find a way to contact the seller or talk to customer service. The policy stated i would have to return the whole thing and reorder, which would have been difficult because the styrafome broke as I removed it from packaging. Very disappointing bc it was very expensive

This was exactly what I wanted to replace a 40 year old ceramic set with Birkenhead pieces. It's beautiful!

Missing the animals that were supposed to be included
The Gentle Animals of the Stable pieces were missing from my order.
