How do I get four screws for the top part to hold the dowels? I didn’t see any in the package it arrived in?

I received the 4 screws with the magazine rack in a small, clear plastic bag.

Would this work for files? I would like to use hanging folders, if at all possible.

There isn't a way to use hanging folders with the magazine rack. File folders will only work if they are size of a magazine.

I personally spot clean it by blotting it with seltzer and a little dawn dish soap with a clean cloth. I don’t know if there is a specific cleaning method though. This is just my personal practice.

Tools and screws included? I did not get any
