The holder is designed to block 13.56 MHz RFID communication while a compatible card is fully seated. Slide the card partially out when it needs to communicate with an authorized reader.

Does the holder carry one card or two?

It holds up to two standard credit-card-size credentials, with one card positioned on each side of the holder.

Will it hold CAC, PIV or TWIC credentials?

It is designed for compatible standard-size CAC, PIV, TWIC, LincPass and other 13.56 MHz smart cards. Card thickness and construction should be checked before use.

What is the difference between the breakaway and detachable features?

The breakaway connector is located on the neck strap and is designed to separate when pulled. The detachable quick-release connector lets you separate the badge holder from the lanyard for scanning or inspection.

Is the lanyard adjustable?

Yes. The diamond-shaped slider helps adjust where the holder rests when worn.
