Bach Sweet Chestnut Tincture 20 ml Liquid
I have used Bach Sweet Chestnut for over 10 years. Carry it in my purse or pocket for when I am feeling anxious, as anxiety and sometimes Panic creep up on me. Have recommended Bach tinctures for my friends and family, and more than a few of them keep it on hand for stressful times themselves. Quite simply, I never leave home without it, as I am reluctant to take prescription medications for just being a 'Worry Wart', and subject myself to the many side effects of most prescription medication. Highly Recommend Bach Sweet Chestnut (20 ml Liquid) for those times when I feel I am losing my grip. Just a few drops on or under your tongue, and almost within 1 minute, it greatly reduces the stress, or anxiety/and or panic.
