I really like this stainless steel rack. I bought it to use in my InstantPotInstant Pot IP-DUO60 7-in-1 Multi-Functional Pressure Cooker, 6Qt/1000W. I use it mainly to make chicken in my pressure cooker.This rack is very durable and has not rusted or broken and I have used it dozens of times. I am also a big fan of cooking with stainless steel and this rack is made out of high duality stainless steel. Also at 140g its not heavy at all and has a good feel to it.The only issue I have is the cleaning of the rack. The chicken seems to be the worst offender. It really sticks to the steel and its so hard to get out. Often times my dishwasher does not get out all the little sticky pieces. Washing by hand is a pain too because its so hard to get in between the openings since they are not that big. So my solution is to soak the rack in a solution of water and vinegar for a few hours and that seems to work.Overall I am pretty happy with this item and it fits perfectly in my InstantPot!

We eat curry roast chicken quite often and I've been searching for years to find a rack that would fit in our dutch oven so we could stop cooking on crumpled up aluminum. (I know, I know, right?) This rack is PERFECT! Sturdy stainless steel and cleans up easily if you put it immediately in some warm soapy water when your food is done. I highly recommend this roasting rack. It's exactly what I'd been searching for.

This arrived yesterday and I've used it once. It came is a cellophane wrap with nothing written on it, which didn't inspire confidence. Two of the main reasons I bought this item vs. less expensive ones were: 1. It is supposed to be stainless steel, not chrome plated, and 2. It's size, supposedly 7.8", since I planned to use it in an 8" dia pot. Well, it looks solid enough and well made but it also appears to be chrome plated. I may be wrong. Time will tell. But the size is most definitely wrong. This item is more like 8 5/16". That's larger than 8 1/4" and clearly not suitable for my pot. I was able to use another pot, however and it performed exactly as intended. If it is really stainless steel and the size works for you, don't hesitate.

Not sure if it was meant for this purpose but I used this as a rack in the bottom of my XL air fryer. I searched and searched for one that was about the right size and this was perfect. I spray it down with cooking spray and cook steaks and chicken wings on top of it. It lets that extra bit of air circulate through the food and helps them cook quick I think. Ive used and washed it several times with no rust appearing and nothing flaking off. Perfect for my needs.

Perfect size, fits perfectly in my 6qt Instant Pot. I use it to put meat on, and my canning jars when I make my oatmeal in them. It's a nice flat surface keeping it just above the water. Much better than the one that came with it.

I got this to use in my 8 Qt pressure cooker and it has worked great, used it last night to do some chicken wings, the spacing on the rack is perfect so food does not fall through it. It is well made, and I have no complaints, all the welds are solid.

I ordered what I thought was a folding rack. What I got was a totally different rack. it was a solid circle instead of the folding circle shown. This was not the product I ordered! Couldn't return as I didn't have the time to get another one and needed to use something!

Exact fit for my 6qt pressure cooker from Calphalon. Used several times already and show no signs of discoloration. Measures at about 8 1/4" in diameter.
