Okay but not as good as my first one
I have a black dr. Arthritis knee sleeve which I like. This one is pretty in pink but it’s a much thicker and heavier fabric. Not as versatile for fitting under clothes.

Size up up up
I measured my leg and according to the chart I needed an 2XL so I ordered a 3XL, since others said to size up. I received the knee compression sleeve and placed it on my leg. It’s very comfortable and helps a lot, makes my knee/leg feel much better and it does not slide down my leg. I need a knee replacement surgery. I was taking it off and I noticed the tag inside and it showed 5XL. The box shows size 3XL. I plan on purchasing another one because it is helping. Instead of ordering a 3XL I am ordering a 5XL which is 3 sizes larger than what the measurements say. So SIZE UP UP UP!!!

Runs a little small
Measured leg and ordered accordingly. Probably should have used the next size up. Extra tight around top of leg. Otherwise, seems to have good compression for my knee.

didn't roll on day 1
I measured my leg and thought I ordered the correct size, Apparently I didn't. The top of the brace pushes in on the top and makes a mark on my leg, but they do not roll or fall down the first day.Maybe I will try the next size up.I sometimes wear the knee brace 2 days in a row before washing and putting on the next brace. After the 2nd day I do need to wash it, cause it did start a little roll.Update: After the 3rd day and washing in between, the sleeve is being returned, it rolled so far I could not fix it and finally took it off at work. I sit at work so my knee was not even moving.

Sizes run small and will be uncomfortable for anyone experiencing inflammation around the knee.
Sizes do run small in the XL and up department. It doesn't give the room needed to put a claim on being made for the 2xl, 3, 4, 5, or 6xl family. Further explanation; the rubberized band, that grips the upper leg, doesn't expand and give enough to be worn comfortably before it starts to roll down. Which at that point, unfortunately, doesn't serve to support or keep the knee stable at all. It works as long as the leg/knee isn't swollen or has excess fat on it. If so, you will have the roll-down problem and off and on support. For some reference, I wear size 22 in women's pants however, the 5 and 6xl were too small for my leg.

These work wonders
I had a total knee replacement in 2012. I have been in pain since then and have to use crutches to get around. Then in June I fell onto my knees. I had x-rays done, no bone damage, and have seen a consultant. He suspects damage to the muscle or ligament. I am awaiting an MRI and without this knee brace I would not be able to walk without copious amounts of pain. The consultant said I had done the right thing to buy these. Because i need to wear them 24/7 I will be buying another one so I have a spare when mine gets washed. It reduces the pain without the need for so many prescription painkillers.

Too tight at the top and just rolls down
I was really happy to find a compression sleeve that was supposed to fit my very large knees and thighs. I measured my thigh at 13cm above the knee at 84cm so purchased sixe 6XL. However I'm disappointed to find that the upper band is still far too tight when my leg is relaxed and rolls down when I start to walk. I feel like I'd need to lose around 5 or 6 cm off my thighs for these to be wearable.

I would have preferred the thicker material in the smaller size.
I have ordered one before and it was good however this second sleeve was for a larger size and the material used is thicker and sturdier and softer The first one was of a flimsier material and although functional I would have preferred it in the thicker material. The service is excellent, and the booklet is very informative and useful.

It fits!
I haven’t had a chance to wear this fully as I’m recovering from a knee injury and have to wear a medical brace but I’ve tried it on and it feels good, feels like it would support well, not sure how comfortable it would be to wear all day but it fits my leg/knee and that’s great. I wouldn’t be able to get one to fit in a pharmacy etc.
