Perfection!! Make a JUMBO size please!
These Stainless Steel Tumblers from D'Eco are fabulous!! I have purchased 4 and have only had a problem with the one we(my husband) put in the dishwasher! I do not have any issues with the other 3 and I have had my first cup for over 2 years. I wanted to write a review because I am shocked at all the negative reviews left for this product. One reviewer gave it a negative review because it does not hold enough liquid....well, I hate to say this but it does tell you how many ounces it holds so that should not have been a surprise nor should that reflect in a review. Do not get me wrong I would love a larger or a jumbo version of this cup. I like to carry 32 oz of water with me in the summer. I am in Arizona, it's hot and I have 3 kids that without fail ask for something to drink every time we are in the car. I am noticing that these double wall, insulated tumblers that keep your drinks hot and cold for an insanely long amount of time are super popular right now. Like the Yeti, Starbucks etc. Now go look at the price of a Yeti cup...To me this works awesome for a fraction of the price. I have gotten several friends to buy these because they are shocked we can go run errands on a 115 degree day and at the end of the day there is still ice in my cup. They have not been disappointed in them either! That is amazing. Please make a larger version! I will buy a bunch!!!

GOOD ONE. I have been using a double walled ...
GOOD ONE. I have been using a double walled plastic tumbler with lid and straw, so will compare to that. This tumbler is way better. I drink milk with all meals and like it cold. This tumbler keeps it colder longer than anything I have ever used including stainless coffee cups with plastic lids. I put 3 small cubes of ice in a milk and three hours later it had hardly melted. Now that's on an August day at 86 degrees with no AC. A very LIGHT film of condensation did form on the outside of the tumbler but didn't run like my plastic tumbler does. Straw that comes with it is 8 inches long 1/4 inch inside, so you could drink shakes etc. A larger straw would not fit and be useful with the lid on though, since you couldn't move it to the side of the tumbler to get those last drops. The inside of the lid is plastic but the label say no BPA or Lead. Although it says Dishwasher safe it also warns you not to use high temp water. I suspect if you do that, the bottom of the tumbler which is pressed and sealed on would come off. Why ? The air between the walls would expand under heat and blow it loose. I hand wash mine. I normally don't give Made In China products high marks since they don't earn it, but this is an exception.

Tumbler World Cup results
Overall, I like it. Here are the results of my non-scientific experiment. Method: I placed 10 ice cubes each into: Yeti Rambler Tumbler (20 oz) Stainless Steel Tumbler with Straw- Hot and Cold Double Wall Drinking Mug- 16 oz. Thermo LenZcup with Stainless Steel Insulated Tumbler (Modeling 1:1 Canon EF 70-200mm f/4L USM Lens, White), 16oz Then placed each into my car at 7am at 72 degrees. At 1230pm, 90 degrees outside (probably 120 degrees in the car), I removed the tumblers and measured the melted water from each, leaving the ice in the tumblers. Results: (amount of melted ice — LESS is better) The Canon thermo LenZcup was all water. No ice. 4 oz of water although it was still cold. This product -- stainless with straw -- 3 oz of water with some ice remaining The Yeti -- all ice, with 0.25 oz of water (practically none) Conclusion: The Yeti is much better thermally. The outside temperature of the Yeti is ambient, but this product transmits temp to the gripping surface. The Canon looks awesome but is not in the same ballpark as the others. Bottom Line: This product is great at its price point, compared to the Yeti. Do you really need to keep ice solid in a hot car all day? Probably not. Cosmetically this product looks better than the Yeti. There might be a place in your life for all three tumblers.

This is the best stainless steel coffee cup on Amazon
After 1.5 hours of carefully searching Amazon for a good non-plastic coffee cup I selected this one. It arrived on time. I'm now using it daily. It is very well made. This cup has already been through my dishwasher without any problems. Because there's nothing to break (no screws, no foam pad on the bottom, no outer case, etc.), I'm sure it will last a long time. Normally, if I'm not driving, I don't use the lid-and-straw. I prefer to drink my coffee directly from the cup. The cup's rim is thin but is clutter free, smooth, and easy to drink from--without any drips or mess. [I truly hate any coffee cup that has an odd rim or requires me to be "extra careful."] Because it's double-walled it keeps my coffee hot enough. However, because it's cold steel, it's a good idea to warm up the cup with a little hot water before filling it with coffee. I've owned about 6 other cups but this one is my new favorite. It's worth the $15. Highly recommended!

Great Novelty Cup
I've always wanted a stainless steel insulated 16oz cup since I spied its counterpart in Starbucks last year but was not willing to pay the coffee shop price. It does keep beverages cold or hot for an extended period of time, although I don't find it to be as long as some reviewers say they have experienced. Especially I have not found it to keep drinks cold for up to 7 hours locked in a hot car all day. I've gone to bed with ice in the cup and when I woke 5-6 hours later the ice had melted but I agree I get 2-3 hours of sustained beverage temperature (hot or cold). There are a few petty annoyances. Not enough to detract from the overall rating but just annoying. The cup shipped with a stainless steel straw which adds to the illusion that you have more beverage left in the cup when it's really the weight of the straw clanging around inside the empty cup. Also, the rim is multileveled. You have the outer rim and then the inner rim that the insulated recessed top rests on so I don't like drinking from the rim of the cup. I purchased longer straws (12") rather than use the 8 1/2" straw that came with the cup and although it seemed feasible at the time, it was over kill. It is a great cup to have and I'm still quite satisfied with the purchase even though the novelty has worn off.

Eh... not that great.
I have another one that looked similar to this, but obviously isn't, given the flaws of this one. I loved the other one I had so much that I got this "seemingly" similar one. Problems with this one: The sticker on the outside of the cup is not one of those that easily comes off. There is still sticker on the one I got... as I figure it will eventually work it's way off. The sticker residue itself is easily removed with peanut butter (just so you know). After several cleanings, and a few usages, the cup still has a metallic taste. The cup is hard to drink straight from if you wanted to do that - due to the ridges on the outside of the cup (my other cup does not have outside ridges, the ridges are on the inside and the top screws into the cup not over it. This one also seems to get condensation (is not double lined like my other one). Just not great. I got the other cup from a second hand retailer. Guess I'll have to go back there if I want a good quality cup. :/

Amazing stainless steel cup that will keep drinks ice cold for HOURS!
This stainless steel tumbler is amazing! I decided to throw out all my plastic cups after learning that even BPA-free plastic may leach other toxins into liquids and replace everything with stainless steel. This cup imparts no discernible taste to the beverage, which is a key quality for a metal cup. It's also a nice size and looks plain but sleek. Even more importantly, it's an amazingly good insulator of cold beverages. I made an iced coffee this morning but then left it on my mantle on my way out the door. When I came back from work 12 hours later, my iced coffee was ICE COLD and the ice cubes that were in the tumbler this morning were still there and intact, only slightly melted! I couldn't believe it. I was able to drink my ice coffee 12 hours later, and it was still delicious and cold. That alone is worth the five stars. I would have knocked stars off if there were any reasons to do so, but this cup is a winner. Throw out your dangerous plastics and get this cup and other stainless steel products.

Design of Lid is the worst!
Update 08/14/16: I decided to buy the Greatness Line 30 oz. Tumblers Value Pack with 2 Lids and Extra Stainless Steel Straw to replace this tumbler. I have this overwhelming fear if I pry the 2 parts of the lid apart, I will find a colony of unidentifiable fungi growing within. Once I receive the new tumbler, I plan to pry the 2 layers apart and will update with pictures of whatever I find inside. Just know that no matter how much soapy hot water I squeeze in and out of the 2 layers, the fact that you can NEVER completely shake out all the water means there's something growing in there. The tumbler itself is great, keeps all temperatures, easy to clean. But to imagine what might be leaking out of the lid is frightening. I use this every morning on my drive to work for my green vegetable smoothie, and while I do love it, the lid leaves much to be desired. Not only is the inside of the lid plastic (and no telling what kind of plastic), but it is only glued to the inside of the metal lid, with space between the metal outside and the plastic inside, and the 2 parts are clearly separated at the straw opening so water definitely gets in. You can hear the water swishing around inside the lid, and if you squeeze the lid in the middle, water comes gushing out. No telling how putrid the inside of the lid is, or what might be growing inside. I repeatedly squeeze hot water in and out of the lid every night that I wash it, but at some point, I might have to give up on this item, or risk getting very sick one day. Very poorly designed lid. I should also mention the bottom of the cup came off and I had to superglue it back on. The cup definitely keeps temperature very well, whether hot or cold. I now use it as a drinking mug at home to sip from, no lid.

Perfect for sipping soups
Pros: + Double walled container preserves the heat/cold + The hole in the lid for the straw allows for steam from hot liquids to escape slowly. So, it's perfect for sipping soups and teas. You won't be scalding your tongue from drinking too hot liquids unlike regular thermos. Though it may not be great for travel due to the lid. Wish they had a lid for closing it like regular thermos. Cons: - Need a straw cleaner to clean the steel straw otherwise it will get gunky - Expensive due to import fees

Simple but nice quality
Keeps drinks hot or cold for a long time. Everything is stainless steel so i dont have to worry about chemicals leaching into my drinks. I like that the straw is metal too. It does not leak from the sides and the lid screws on well. Its good quality and will last me a long time.

De las mejores compras.
No se ha maltratado, lo uso básicamente para los licuados y mantiene el frio, lo volvería a comprar sin dudas.
