Does this come with the flag patch?

Indeed it does come with a flag patch.

Will these cut out the sound of a generator or other machines?

There are two levels of sound suppression, the muff itself and the electronics. You can adjust the volume shutting off ambient noise (use caution in industrial settings), and the electronics will suppress sudden loud noise. Follow all instructions and cautions. p2-services.

Whats the difference between this one and the razor x-trm?

I only sell the Razor Slim Electronic Muff which is a great quality and comfortable product. The best I can tell from the specs the Razor X-Trm has an upgraded headband and an enhanced wind noise reduction. p2-services.
