No. It's FLOW as in slide easily, not "glow." The only picks from Dunlop that are glow in the dark (that I have ever seen) are the 446 series which are only available in the "R" or Refill size bags of 72. They include 446R.53, 446R.67, 446R.80, 446R.94, 446R1.07, and, 446R1.14. .

Is this good pick for acoustic guitar? and how about durability?

Not ideal for acoustic styles like strumming chords, since the pick has no flexibility and can audibly “click” against the strings.
