I need a smaller one as even on all gray I cannot lift her high enough to get her into bed

Dear Buyer, If we measure the full body sling from the commode cutout, the upper section is almost 2.83 ft, the lower section including commode cutout itself is almost 1.42 ft, I think it's ok to provide head support from dimension side, besides your son will get taller when he grows. And the sling max capacity is 510lbs.
