Received empty product from Amazon!!
The media could not be loaded. I bought 2 pieces of this product in Jan/Feb 2020. The 1st piece was ok and took me awhile to finish.When wanted to start using the 2nd piece this week (October 2020), I realised the tube was empty upon unwrapping. See pics & video attached.I felt cheated coz how can Amazon or TRESOR Rare shipped to me an empty tube. In the first instance, I didn’t proceed to open & check the item as I put my entire trust in Amazon but didn’t expect such outcome.Such a disappointment !!

May be a counterfeit
I believe this is a counterfeit product. I had heard of this from a friend but they paid >$400 for the same size whereas it was only approximately $180 on Amazon. Also, this product states it was made in Mexico and after seeing other products like this made in Mexico causing someone to go into a coma due to the product being tainted with mercury I am suspicious about using this.

Don't waste your money!
I was sucked into a salon while vacationing in Hawaii. After high pitched sales pitch, price came down from $700 to $175. I should have known better! Of course I was given phone number for questions. When I called this number and customer service number....NO answer....no response! The product really does nothing! I was told there was dramatic difference when used under one eye. All I see now when I use it is new puffiness under eyes. Doesn't seem to work at all on lines above upper lip. Very disappointing!

Hermetise Honolulu, HI - HUGE FRAUD
I paid $300 for this product and an eye serum in Hawaii. This " needle" bottle was supposed to last a couple years. It lasted about 8 sparing applications. I took it apart to find a plastic tube inside. Looking at it through the smoky cover appears to be cream in a push up applicator. Very little cream inside, just empty plastic container. The demonstration they do must be real product, as it seems to work. What I got did not work, plus the bottle was fake!

Bought this from new outlet opening - it's terrible. Dries on your face like baking soda and egg whites - leaves white particles. Need an engineering degree to open it. Salesmen trained to dance around and call you "darling" with high pressure promises of "free" this and that and samples. Huge fraud!Flashy packaging. Don't be a victim of their scam.I would have put zero stars if possible
