Honestly I wasn't expecting too much from this mount. The reviews were mixed and it seemed people were receiving different revisions of the product. I'm couldn't be happier though. First off, the build quality is surprisingly solid, and it's much weightier than you'd expect from something that's mostly made of aluminum. It mounted to my 31.8mm clamp bars without issue and the bolts seem to be good stainless steel. The part the camera mounts to can be pulled up and repositioned at many different angles, and because it's got a strong spring inside and defined detents for each position, it's not going to rotate by itself. It also comes with a nice, matching aluminum thumb-screw to secure the camera and a lightweight wrench so you can get it really tight. I'm riding a full-rigid mountain bike, and believe me, the wrench is super useful to make sure the camera doesn't move. On top of all this, I think it looks nice too. This item is a solid 5 stars for me!

This product arrived in good shape and will be used to mount my Insta360 One X camera to my roadbike. Although it is designed for a GoPro camera, the kit came with an adaptor so I could easily mount my camera to the mount. Construction was very good - all metal and I believe plastic U connectors which allows connection to my Trek Madone roadbike. The kit came with both an Allen wrench and a special tool which allows you to adjust the top camera connection 180 degrees (side to side or back and forth). It also has a round connector so you can secure the camera to the mount. Very good value for the money!

This is the 3rd (and best) GoPro mount I've used on my motorcycle. The aluminum is far stronger than the plastic crappy ones I've used in the past. Best part about this is the way the camera end swivels around the base. From the picture I thought it was a threaded lock collar tightening down to keep the base from moving but it is NOT.. It has a ratcheting "self locking" detent type swivel base you pull the base out,, rotate to your desired angle then it automatically locks back.. MUCH more secure and WILL NOT COME LOOSE! That's the biggest problem with these. You can really crank down on this thing without worrying about breaking it. The other 2 had the same problem, either they're too weak to tighten down on or too loose and shake around with the vibes. Best handlebar mount out there, no guff!!!

It's a really nice mount, but there's a big but... It has detent positions every 30 degrees or so. I had to have it positioned off-center, and I could not aim the display I mounted to point directly at my eyes. For that reason I'm considering returning it. Otherwise, it is a really nice, well constructed mount. I may just keep it for a gopro camera that would always face forward, so no issue with the detents. I did find another mount, similar, but with firm, continuous positioning, so I could set any angle.

Super solid construction, perfect design, and I've already seen a half dozen exactly like this on other scooters and bikes here in my city. It's versatile enough to hold a camera or a headlight or tail light, as I've seen so far. I use it for a Insta360 GO3, similar shape as a GoPro when mounted in its action case. Why the review is prompting me with the words "plastic material" is beyond me because it's metal and that's exactly why I chose it. Oh good, that made the suggestion go away, LOL. It's metal and works well, precision machining too, though my camera gets quite a bit of vibration in the video output. Fixing that with a chin mounted X4 Air in a week or so but this mount will remain on my previous scooter.

Terrific build quality. Holds solid on my motorcycle and keeps my go pro steady at highway speeds. Highly recommend.

First off the product is built solid and strong and can take a beating. Fast shipping and great color etc. Sadly and maybe this is user error , got this to film mountain biking in Colorado on rough terrain and not only did it get loose on the handlebars but the go pro was to heavy and kept falling forward. Could not tighten the bracket mounts for the go pro mount or handlebar mounts tight enough. After a few turns and bouncing over rocks the camera is facing down or the whole device is loose bouncing around with the bike . Maybe others have had luck with it but for me I’d only recommend this on a smooth paved bike path or smooth gravel path, nothing else any technical. But the product itself is well built and I like the 360 swivel but alas I could not use it for what I needed it for .

5 out of 5 for the price, I was concerned about how secure it would be as I ride aggressively on my commute. I got this for my Bluetooth speaker whose original mount had broke. I works great and havent had any issues. My only complaint would be if it came with spacers since the threading for my speaker only uses about a third of the total thread provided by the mount, but you could easily get some spacers for 1-2 bucks at a Home Depot or something if you want, but you dont really need. Also its not hard to get your mountable item installed if you regularly remove it form the mount, just make

Hi at Skyjiff. Rock steady mount. Fitted to my ebike without any fiddling or trouble. Tightened the thumb bolt with the wrench provided. The universal ball joint doesn't come with the mount although came in handy for the extra height. Ride safe folks. Tom
