Easy to assemble, just time consuming. Lots of decorations to choose from. The happy birthday banner is made of felt material. I was able to trace the Mickey Mouse face on cardstock and made a cute newborn-12 month picture banner.

Cheaper quality
For the price it was decent. Everything needed to be assembled, including the banners. The tassel garland was very short and cheap looking. If you have the time it might be worth it but I ended up having to throw it all together. I felt all of it was lower quality.
