Great tech support
Great product, and the tech support is wonderful. The person I emailed with help configuring the IP address was prompt and knowledgeable in his responses to me. If I need another POE IP Camera, I will order this again.

The practice of shipping a camera with a fixed ip address is a big problem
This camera has a fixed IP address of 192.168.1.10, this precludes the ability of new purchasers with internal IP sub net of any other range to even connect with the camera. You will have to change the sub net of your entire network to connect to this old technology just to change it's IP address. If this explanation is not easy to understand you are going to have a massive problem trying to use this product. If you do understand it, you will have to use very old protocols in ancient MS Internet Explorer (insecure) to connect to it and modify the internal IP so you can even use it. Do yourself a favor, do not buy this camera.
