The first time I used this, it worked well. It was hot to the touch, but warm in the pouch. Really nice to have in my pocket instead of a chemical heater. After that, it never indicated it was fully charged, no matter how long I let it charge. It still worked okay, but didn't last as long. Today I took it out and the power button is broken. I've had it less than a month and used it about for times.

I'm a photographer and have to do some winter outdoor shooting now & then. I own FOUR of the old hand warmers that required you to light solid fuel sticks that stunk to high heaven and were aggravating to use. I decided to try this Letouch unit since it's rated at 7800mAh - the highest of any I've seen. It really works! It heats up very quickly to 127º (according to my lasergrip thermometer) and didn't drop below 120 for four hours. I'm ordering a second one!

This thing really warms up. I bought it for my wife so she wouldn't have to use those chemical heat pads to keep her hands warm. She works at a school and has to be outside for kids to be dropped off and picked up. She absolutely loves it and I've borrowed it several times myself. The reason for 4 stars is after about 30 days one of the panels must have gotten hot enough to ever so slightly warp the case and one of the hooks that keep the panel on keeps popping lose. It still holds together but if I press hard to re-hook it then the other side pops lose. Not a deal breaker and I don't think it will get worse and I could crazy glue it shut as an option.

I received an obviously used/returned hand warmer. There was no wrapping on the box, the cord was loose and all bunched up and there was a bunch of hair and crumbs in the box. Very gross. I did turn it on and only one side warmed up. Stuck it back in the box, washed my hands and will be sending this back.

I bought this on a whim. Seemed like a cool device for keeping my fingertips warm during winter patrols at work (security officer). After receiving it i tried to give my Samsung Note 8 a little charge. Worked great. A nice feature is that you don't need to press a button to start charging. It automatically detects your device and powers away which is nice because other units (with power buttons) have activated inside my pocket or bag and were depleted by the time I needed them. There is a button to activate the heating function which has saved me and my digits from have to stop to warm my hands during Trailer inventory (cold weather and metal clipboards don't mix well with gloves and tiny pens. I usually turn it on as I leave the security office and between sections stick my hand in my pocket to "take off the chill". Wasnt expecting much and got alot...my expectations were exceeded.Forgot to mention that I also use this to keep my fingers warm during winter rifle activities.

Works great!! I’ve had it for several months it has a top temperature of 140F the middle temperature is like 110F and the lowest setting is about 90F on the highest setting it can go for about 10 hours. When you don’t need it when it’s cold outside it’s a very good backup battery for a tablet or smartphone. You can get about 2-3 charges on a full charge for tablet or 4-8 charges for your smartphone before it needs to be charged again. 👏🏻

First when I received it, it had a small dent. I figured that wouldn't affect it and it still looked nice. I charged it all night and the next day it died after 30 min. I tried charging it again and it lasted an hour the next time but was still terrible compared to my regular hand warmer. It looks beautiful but didn't work well. Also I tried contacting the seller to tell them what was happening to see if it was normal and they offered me 20% of what I paid. Really ! When your product doesn't work you should offer a full refund Thankfully it was prime and I returned it for the full price.

I bought two of them as we were traveling to Europe. One came with a dent and there was no indication how to charge these. It was very confusing how to control the temperature. Can't charge with the cord that came with. Overall not a good quality product for the price.
