In warmer weather I put this in the freezer. In the car it provides a little cool spot and the water is icy cold as it melts.

We got these to feed/water our 45 pound dog while we are in our camper van. It's a small space and we were always kicking her food and water bowls over! This trip... not one spill. They hold plenty of food and water for her, and the opening is plenty big for her size. BONUS! The lids stow under the bowl when not in use. Easy to clean. Somebody was thinking when they designed these!

This is one of those "duh!" items. One of those products that make you think, "Why didn't I think of that?" Anyone who has taken their dog hiking or for a long walk, knows that their dog gets thirsty. Then what? You look for a water fountain that will splash far enough for the dog to catch some droplets, or carry around some sort of portable bowl and a bottle of water, or pour water out of your own water bottle and "waterfall" it into your precious doggie's mouth. You carry a water bottle for yourself, why wouldn't you carry one made just for Fido? The concept is so simple. A normal, stable dog (or cat) bowl with a screw top lid! Just fill it up before you go and let your furry friend drink at your leisure. Genius. Thank you for making this! This Hawaii girl LOVES the name too! Aloha!

This product was smaller than I realized. I have a collie and it is too small for him to use for food. It would be fine for water. Since I bought this for feeding, I am returning it.

If there were a rubberized bottom, so the bowl doesn't slide, these would be awesome!

This bowl is “ok” but not great for my purpose. Mouth should be wider. However it works as advertised.

Love this bowl! Wish the opening was a little wider though. I have an 80 lb lab with a big mouth!! It is spill proof!
