No. These are non-rechargeable batteries, please do not insert these into a charger of any kind.

Are CR123A batteries the same size as CR2 batteries?

No. These two battery sizes are different; CR123A measures 35x16mm, and CR2 batteries are slightly smaller and measure about 26x15mm
