Both our gray and black tank gauges virtually stopped working. We stayed in a campground with very high iron. Seems they began to slowly stop registering properly. Then we had to stay in one campground for 4 months-the longest we’ve been stationary in 4 years. They stopped registering completely. We bought this and tried 1/2 bottle-but it recommended putting it in before a trip. It didn’t help. Then we finally hit the road and poured the rest in. Voila! It cleaned the gray tank. Now we’re happy campers again.

Black holding tank, took about 2 day’s driving but it cleaned the inside of tank… reading now show level.

It definitely take some dirty from the tank, i can see some dirt coming out while draining, but sensors are still not working.

Used in a five year old motor home. It is easy to use - pore through toilet into Black WaterTank and let it work. I did this, and drove a total of 1200 miles over five days - plenty of sloshing. Emptied Black Water Tank - gauges still indicated take was full. This may be a good product, but it doesn't seem to have worked for me. I will finish with another dosage - if anything changes, I report that.

This actually did clean the sensors in both my grey and black tanks

The product did not clean sensors as stated was done per instructions. Very unhappy!!!!

I purchase a 10 year old rv that the previous owners live in it full time for about 9 years. The grey water showed 3/4 full and the black showed 1/2. I used 1/2 in the grey and the other half in the black and filled the tanks to about 1/2. I let it sit overnight and then drove the coach 250 miles. I dumped the tanks at my destination. The gauges now read properly.

Average, need a good hot flush but then would need to haul 60 gallon of grey water around and then go to a dump station

did not work I decided to buy an extension flexible hose to clean tank and worked very well.

It helps to keep the sensor clean
