Bordering on life-changing
This may be the best purchase I've ever made, on Amazon or anywhere else. It's too big for my bed, dimensionally, but still stays where it needs to just fine; and the weight is perfect, since I'm a bigger person - and I sleep SO much better and more consistently than before. The construction of the blanket is solid and durable; and it surprised me how cool it stays - I don't overheat, even though it's so heavy. And in addition to better quality and consistency of sleep, it helps a lot with nervous system regulation, and a sense of safety while sleeping - I nearly cried the first night I used it, it was such a relief. I'm so, so, SO glad I bought this!!

100% recommend for RLS and PLMD
I got this as a Christmas present. This last week has been amazing. I have both restless limbs and periodic limb movement disorder along with sleep apnea, my entire life. I am chronically sleep-deprived in a life-altering way. Meds work for the RLS, but due to the PLMD and the side-effects of my RLS meds (muscle weakness that feels very odd and keeps me awake unless I'm in a fetal position), I have always slept curled in a very tight ball, bracing against involuntary movements that hurt or weird sensations that will wake me up. It's the only option I've had to be able to stay asleep for more than 30 minutes at a time, but it's such hard work for my body that it just replaces one kind of poor sleep for another. I usually wake up with muscle soreness and fatigue, as if I've been running a marathon all night. This blanket is HEAVY, but it feels great. I can extend my limbs out straight and totally relax my muscles. The blanket holds my arms and legs totally still without my muscles and joints having to do any work. I'm waking up so refreshed and loose-limbed, I feel like I've been sleeping for days. I have way less back pain and sciatica, and I'm getting great restorative and REM intervals according to the sleep tracker watch I wear. My sleep apnea index has even improved. I've only had it for a short time, I can't wait to see the long-term benefits and I will never go back to using an unweighted blanket. Brilliant product, well made and it really, really works for me.

Good and heavy - not too warm
This has helped my sleep quite a bit. Over the winter I got used to sleeping under as many as 6 quilts, and when the weather started to change, I felt quite naked under 2 quilts and thought of how miserable summer sleeping would be. So, here we are. I'm currently using a sheet, single quilt, and the weighted blanket. I have a memory foam mattress that warms up under my body heat, so sometimes I'll start out with an extra blanket on top of the heavy one so it's easy to peel that off once the bed has warmed up. My only semi-complaint about the weighted blanket is that the fabric is a little crinkly/loud, especially combined with the sound of the weight beads, when rolling over or moving around. It's really not bad, I just wasn't expecting it, and after the first couple of nights I got used it. I'm glad overall because it's a very breathable summery fabric, and I want to be able to use it in the summer with just a sheet between me and the weighted blanket without getting sweaty. I definitely don't want the weighted blanket to provide any more heat than is absolutely unavoidable because in the winter I can always pile on quilts with it, or just stop using the weighted blanket when the weather is back down to 6-quilts-at-a-time levels. If this doesn't sound like what you're looking for, search for the heavy blankets made of minky instead. The minky would suffocate me.

Nice weighted blanket
It’s actually 59 x 77 inches not 60 x 80 as it claims but still big enough for for an average size person to use it for a good night sleep. I love the fact that its weighted (10Ibs) but not extremely heavy. If you are someone who wants to have a weighted blanket which is not too heavy but big enough for night sleep go for it. I got another one in dark green and it gets those fuzz balls all over. This one is so far so good. I wish they make it in pure cotton. Fabric is still good though.

Makes all the difference!
I have really bad insomnia due mostly to PTSD nightmares but i refuse to take any sort of sleeping pills (they create more issues than they solve) so I’ve tried basically everything over the years & have learned a lot about sleep patterns/issues. First make sure your bedding is all natural, meaning cotton & only cotton! Don’t fall for the scam that is microfiber - it’s just a fancy word for polyester which is the absolute worst thing for you to sleep on. Second invest in a quality mattress and lastly get a weighted blanket!! This makes all the difference for me, I feel so much more relaxed and comfortable under it, it makes me feel like a little kid being perfectly tucked in at night by my mom, it’s like a big hug (super cheesy but it’s true!) …. The only negative thing I can say is that as someone who makes their bed daily it’s a pain in the butt because you can’t throw it around or fluff it up like a duvet but the benefits far outweigh this one annoyance (pun intended)

Excellent quality
I bought this for my grandson who is a very light sleeper and has some anxiety due to past trauma. This has helped relieve some anxiety and gives him some added comfort. It has helped him to sleep much better.

Nice and Heavy
The blanket was wonderful and my girlfriend loved it. the color was verry nice for the green just like the photos. felt very heavy and secure. it was a little large for the area but after folding it in half it fit great. After not having one for so long it made a verry good gift.

Looking For Your First Weighted Blanket...
I had been looking for a weighted blanket. I knew I’d probably like it from sleeping with a heavy comforter. The problem with the heavy comforter was the heat build up over the night. I’d wake up at 3am sweating. Additionally, I have some allergies to certain synthetics that I deal with, so I wanted to find a weighted blanket which would not hold in heat, that I would not react to, was built reasonably well, was not $200, and weighed about 20 pounds. After spending several nights searching through amazon and other websites, I came across the RelaxBlanket. For $46, I figured I’d give it a shot. Even though I knew it was 20 pounds, it really didn’t register what life with a 20 pound blanket would be like. There are some adjustments you make in your habits, for example you don’t just whip the corner of the covers over to climb into to bed. Also, I decide when I sleep on my back, I don’t like the weight on my toes so I moved the blanket up a bit. These things will be true with all weighted blankets. I do seem to be sleeping better. Today was the first day I didn’t have to get up early, I found it much easier to stay in bed and fall back asleep after waking up at my weekday time. I do not overheat with this blanket. It’s significantly cooler than the comforter. I have not noticed any manufacturing defects and no beads are falling out. If you don’t want to spend $100-$200 on a weighted blanket, I highly recommend this one. I may even purchase a second one. The 60x80 size works good for my half of a king size bed, just enough excess where you don’t feel like limbs are poking out from under the blanket.

Green wrighted blanket
This weighted blanket is a lovely colour of green, which by the way is a hard colour to source. Its a really nice weight and a great price point. So glad someone does another colour other than grey.

Soft and great material, might need higher weight.
I recently ordered this product to help with my sleep quality. Out of the box, the product is great. Good quality, the cotton is really soft and comfortable and no stitching issues. The weight distribution is equal as well. Issues: It is pretty warm (as one would expect). I probably will not use it in the summer because I heat up really fast. Also, 15lb is not heavy enough for me (my weight is ~160lb). I will be returning this for a higher weight product.
