Adrianna Papell Women's Mikado High Low Gown

This dress is absolutely stunning. I had to buy several online because I travel a lot for work, and didn’t have time to shop and stores. Some came from a high-end department store and a few from Amazon, such as this one, so I could try on several quickly and decide without having a dry all around town or spend time I didn’t have shopping. Even though some of the ones from the high-end store were close in design, this one won hands down. Not only did it fit better and was more comfortable in the bust and waistline, it actually has great quality fabric.And one thing that I was not necessarily looking for, but definitely thankful for, is that it traveled very well. I thought I was going to have it dry cleaned once I reached my destination for the black tie event. I didn’t have to, it held its shape. I received so many compliments through the night. All I added was a fur shawl, bc was cold that night, but it would be and is stunning enough on its own.

Dress is GREAT quality. Fits a little small. I'm normally a 10-12 and I ordered a size 12. It fits snug - but fits well. If you're a petite like me, you will have to get a lot taken off the bottom. Dress fitting is in a few weeks, so I'll know then what the alterations cost. But, for the cost of the dress, the cost of alterations will be worth it. Wearing as a mother of the groom dress. Classic & stylish - perfect for a black tie wedding.

I got so many complements on this dress

This dress was stunning and size 6 fit me perfectly (I’m 5’5” and 135 lbs) except for the long train in back. Even with high heels the train dragged on the ground behind me like the train of a bridal gown. Sadly I had to return it. Would have been perfect if it was like a foot shorter!

I love the rich color of this dress, the fabric is of high quality, I can wear a bra with it, and it has pockets need I say more? I will say the package did arrive in a small square plastic bag, which I was upset about. I contacted the seller and they offered to pay for the dry cleaning fee that would be needed to get the wrinkles out. I was unable to get the dress to the dry cleaner before my big event so I had to wear another dress but it was a nice offer by the seller. Saving this for another event. I would allow time for dry cleaning, depending on how this ships.

This dress is a show stopper. I wore it to a mascarade ball and i got so many compliments. It’s perfect for a shorter woman (I’m 5’2). The train does drag behind so be prepared to pick it up as you walk. Good quality and well designed.
