Great for men's health as part of a stack especially as you age.
All I can say is wow. I have some blood flow issues in nether regions, and have been fuller and looser taking this and that was unexpected. Feels really good, like a younger man and finally I'm comfortable. Hitting the gym too and my muscles feel great. I'm stacking this with creatine in my protein shakes in the mornings and taking this again before bed with magnesium citrate/Ashwagandha 15 in one gummies. Feeling really good at 50. Dropped 25 lbs so far and this is part of my regiment. I'll either buy it again or the ingredients separately, but this is very convenient

THE WOMEN'S VERSION IS IDENTICAL AND $7.00 CHEAPER
Look at the women's version of this from the same company. The ingredient list is identical. They're charging $7.00 more for the men's version and they are exactly the same.

Product Quality Waning
Have used this for a couple of years - and it does work. Since the beginning, have seen an effectiveness drop-off. Possibly as noticing many capsules are not full, showing significant air gaps. Might be looking for an alternative...
