e102 Recreational Riser e-Bike

Biggest drawback with my Genze is that performance varies with the battery charge.I can get upto 18mph assist with fully charged battery but after 50%, it struggles to keep me at even 13mph.I bought the bike directly from genze and not from amazon. I have put 500 miles on this bike and is my daily commuter. I mostly use it with paddle assist.Throttle works and takes me to 18mph but is not very convenient to keep holding.I Don't use gears much but shifter gave away within a month and genze customer support never replied back. Could not find original shifter at the bike shop and had to replace it with different shimano one.

I bought this at the Genzie store here in Portland Oregon . I recommended for anyone who has trouble riding a regular 10 speed 15 speed bikes. I am a 57-year-old man and haven't road a bike for many years . Using the power assist is great when you're going uphills . I road this bike all the way from 71st Powell Boulevard all the way up to Clackamas town Center and it was an enjoyable ride. Perfect for aging legs but still love to bike
