Love this butter dish. Looks old fashioned and replaced the Tupperware one I’ve had for YEARS. It holds 2 sticks of butter easily, and this one will probably last for YEARS. Good idea.

Glad I got this butter container, Looks very nice on my counter! The most important is that it keeps the butter so fresh and ready to use! My old plastic container grew mold , so I had to refrigerate it everyday. I can keep this on the counter for days ! Also its medal so if I drop it , it won’t shatter

Fits two sticks of butter and won't break or chip because it's metal! I don't worry about it slipping when using/washing it. One small plus is not being able to see fingerprints on it like you do with glass. Now I'll hardly ever use my glass butter dishes! This is cute enough for setting on the table for daily meals. The size is just right, not too big or too small or too deep but deep enough. The seal is snug without being difficult to lift the lid. I haven't put this in the dishwasher and probably won't. It's been washed with hot water and dish soap without scrubbing and lettering has been unchanged. I like that only one side of the dish is printed and the other side is unprinted.

I purchased this, and a few other items that match, for my mother when she changed the color in her kitchen and wanted to go for a clean and Sleek look, but still stay very traditional. She absolutely loves it and it sits on her counter with butter constantly.

This is good heavy metal. The lid does lock so tight that I need a butter knife to pop loose so I’ve scratched some of the white paint off. I suggest prying it open from the backside. Happy with purchase even so.

I absolutely love this butter dish. It is well made and I don’t have a worry if my husband drops it as it won’t break like glass would. Butter stays fresh and I leave it on the counter. It stays soft and spreadable. Very good quality.

The bottom section, made of ceramic coated heavy gauge metal is both elegant and durable. The hard bamboo wood top, is easily converted to a butter serving dish. Because bamboo is exceptionally hard compared to the hardness of a kitchen knife, it's unlikely to get marred by cutting butter on it. (Note: Bamboo cutting boards will dull sharp kitchen knives. Because butter knives aren't sharp to begin with, the use of bamboo for the cutting surface is ideal in this butter use case) I like that this butter box can hold a full stick of butter and a few partial sticks, handy when you have a mix of salted and unsalted butter. The box is also not too big for the refrigerator's short top shelf, providing a nice flat surface above or below for storage. I like that the name on the box is simply "Butter" in a nicely stylized script that's perfectly centered. The overall quality of manufacturing is excellent with no sharp edges, blemishes, gaps, or other noticeable imperfections. Butter boxes sure have come a long way over the past few decades. I highly recommend.

J’adore ce beurrier et ce, autant la dimension, que la matière avec laquelle il est conçue, que le design. Par contre, j’ai été surprise que le couvercle ne doit pas doté d’un joint qui aurait permis l’étanchéité du contenant d’où le retrait d’une étoile.
