Doughmakers Biscuit Sheet Commercial Grade Aluminum Bake Pan 10" x 14"

Very nice baking tray. I have tons of cookie sheets but all of them are too big for our toaster oven. We got the biggest one we could find but it's only 11x16 so we needed something smaller. I love that it's flat on 3 sides so it's easy to remove cookies and biscuits but the one raised edge makes it easier and safer to place and remove when the oven is hot. I like the textured surface, I think it helps with browning. I'm not ordinarily a fan of aluminum cookware but since it's for cookies and biscuits I'm not too concerned. It has a nice weight to it and everything bakes evenly. Really like it.

This is a small baking sheet. It’s made of aluminum, which is the best for baking. I bake six biscuits at a time on this sheet and only one of the six will stick a little. I just give the sticking biscuit a gentle twist and the baking sheet releases it. Basically nonstick. No need for parchment paper.

I happened upon the DoughMaker Baking Sheets in a catalog at least 15 years ago (not sure, exactly). After my first use, I threw out every other cookie sheet in the house. They still work great and look good too ! ! I have about 10 recipes I bake every year for Christmas to share with friends and relatives. I have yet to grease a cookie sheet. Let the cookies sit for a minute or two after coming out of the oven, and the cookies lift right off. I have made up a "Baking Gift Box" for my daughter and grand daughters to include the cookie sheets along with cooling racks, scoops and recipes. When my grand daughter bakes cookies with her friends, she takes along her Dough Makers, scoops and racks, because she won't use anything else. These cookie sheets have been one of the "best things" I luckily found in one of those numerous, annoying catalogs that fill up my mailbox, especially around Christmas. I wouldn't trade them for any others.

I love this cookie sheet! It does not seem to warp, and is surprisingly non-stick. Sometimes I like to rub this cookie sheet against my naked skin, after it has cooled down a bit from the oven and still smells like cookies. It is like cuddling with a warm, pebbly robot (who smells like cookies)!

This Christmas season we backed well over 600 cookies(we lost count at around 700), 4 pumpkin rolls, 600 peanut butter balls, and many other items. These pans are the pans of choice. The cook evenly, release easily, clean up well and are easy to handle. I will be gradually replacing all my other baking items with these pans. My only 2 complaints are (1) these are made in China and (2) they are not dishwasher safe. Hubbie ruined the 13x9 by putting it in the dishwasher. As to it being made in China I will be doing some research to see if there is a comparable brand that is truly made here in the states.

I was told about this cookie sheet after I remarked that I always use parchment paper to keep my cookies from sticking. She said that she didn’t because she used the dough maker biscuit sheet, and they don’t stick. I bought one and found that it is true.

I replaced my 20 year old Doughmaker Biscuit sheet with a new one! Cookies and biscuits never stick with a Doughmaker baking sheet! Never ever use sprays or any kind of “grease” on it! They will ruin it! I was afraid that after 20 years maybe they weren’t being made anymore, but HELLO Amazon!

Was as advertised.. looks nice although small..

Feels like this is made out of tinfoil and looks like it came out of a toys r us kids oven. Really was expecting something more quality for this price very disappointed.
