Great value for small businesses
Wow! We have a venue and this tiny ice maker is incredible! We can bag two 10-lb bags of ice to freeze in a few hours for our wedding guests - highly recommend a water pump to connect to your drain if it's above ground level as it's not designed to keep the ice frozen (which is preferable for us). This is one of our most treasured purchases, it's compact, easy to set and really gets things done, for the price and the quantity of ice it delivers, it is an amazing unit.

No complains, Garage stored and drain-line ran
Honestly no issues. As many of the other reviews have mentioned the drain is gravity fed but that's easy to solve for depending on where you are putting. I put mine in my garage and I live in Arizona. We shall see how it goes but Im also planning to insulate and put an AC unit in my garage so not concerned. I had my plumber come out and add a line directly from my water heater with a shut off valve. Easy to get to and clean water. I have a whole house water softener so I felt I didn't need to add a filter but I may in the future if I notice any hard water or issue with the ice. I then found these lifter height adjustments. https://a.co/d/0AEunl6. The feet on the ice machine fit right into the whole, almost perfectly. I then drilled a whole in my garage wall to the outside, excuse the mess outside, and slid the drain line into it and out the otherside. I will add a elbow to the pvc and run another 3 feet to protect the line from the sun as well as put a little mess on the end just in case little bugs want to ruin my ice. I also tapped into my water heater drain as it was just set up to drain into my garage. I did drill a 1.5 inch whole at an angle. So far the water from the ice maker is draining great and Im not concerned with the water heater now. I have it at 7+ for thicker ice given how warm my garage can get. It makes ice very fast, seems durable and looks great even though I haven't peeled off the protector. Seems super durable and have had no complaints as of yet. We are a house of 7 people and run out of ice fast. We plan to bag up the ice and store it in the freezer. As for power that was also easy. Just plug it in. I have it plugged into my garage GFI just in case. I then caulked around the inside and outside pipe.

No regrets, perfect purchase!
This machine works great. Followed all instructions and recommendations on filtration. Took a bit to get my perfect clear ice, but it is possible. Having a pool in the summer and entertaining weekly this machine has delivered again and again. Delivery was great, packaging was excellent and I can’t say enough. Buy this machine if you are looking for a great ice maker…

Not bad…so far
Pretty easy install, really, even with an in-line filter. Makes tons of ice pretty quick but, the adjustment for (thinner/thicker) ice (or whatever it’s called)?? Not happening. Has a little “dimple” on the end of the cube no matter the setting. No biggie. The worst part? This thing is LOUD!! Scares the cats every time they walk by. They’ll get used to it. Just be ready for a “loud, new noise” in the house. It’s been installed for 4 days. No issues yet. I did elevate the unit to install a condensate pump to remove the melting to the washer drain. I don’t have a floor drain. Seems to be working well so far. Update - So, here we are. 4 months later. I have to say, this machine puts the ice out. No. It’s not a freezer and the ice melts. Put the hose in a floor drain or get a pump and drain it elsewhere. Now, the infamous “E2” code. Yes. I get the code every now and then. My experience is, ice doesn’t “eject” because of the amount of ice in the bin and “hangs up” the flipper thing. Or, the flipper thing needs a manual tap a time or 2. Either way, I clear the ice that didn’t fall properly or tap the flipper, turn the unit off and wait 5-10 seconds and turn it back on. Works just fine and I don’t have to call Customer Service. IMO?? It’s a keeper.

Not about the ice machine — Euhomy’s shipping partner is the problem
Euhomy is currently using FedEx for delivery, and that decision is actively undermining the customer experience for large, paid-shipping appliances. My order was scheduled for delivery today and was already sitting at a FedEx facility. This morning, the tracking abruptly changed to: “Unable to read tracking label. We’ll replace it and update your delivery date.” No apology. No explanation. Just an indefinite delay. This is not a one-off. A previous ice machine I purchased from another manufacturer was also shipped by FedEx, and it was mishandled at every step — “forgotten” at a facility, then finally delivered by a driver who removed it from the passenger side door and dropped it on my driveway. That unit was damaged and unusable, which is why I am buying a replacement now. For a large, heavy appliance — especially one where customers pay for shipping — delivery should not be a gamble. With FedEx, it feels like roulette: will it arrive, when will it arrive, and will it survive the trip? What makes this especially frustrating is that the shipment originated in Georgia, a state I could physically drive to in about five hours. Instead, the delivery is delayed due to a basic handling failure. Euhomy may produce a solid machine, but continuing to use FedEx for appliances of this size and cost is a serious liability. I strongly urge Euhomy to reconsider their logistics partner, because right now, FedEx is costing them customer confidence. I will update this review once I finally receive the ice machine.

Installé depuis deux jours, fonctionne très bien. Les glaçons sont fabriqués rapidement. ATTENTION!!!

Would not recommend for commercial use. Ice machine keeps on shutting off and ice is freezing up and clogging the maker. Warranty is only 30 days through amazon. Stuck with a faulty machine
