These are wonderful cold packs , especially for the price point. I use these after I have shots in my head for migraines and they work so well. I keep them in the freezer at all times (I’ve never used them as hot packs) and they are easy to use. They maintain the cold when directly on the skin for at least two hours, are malleable and soft, but maintain their shape. They are hefty and thick without being unwieldy. This is my second purchase and can’t imagine not having them on hand at all times. Highly recommend!

I purchased these replacement hot/cold packs when one of my wife's Pyrex-branded ones exploded. These have been very durable replacements. They have functioned just as well as the original. They are not quite as thick (I think) as the original but it's hardly noticeable - and that makes it easier to fit them in our carriers. They hold hot and cold as expected and have withstood being tossed around. Excellent product.

Works perfectly. Replacement for one that had been lost. Good product as it can be used for both hot and cold. Does a good job either way.

I door dash and got 2 of these to keep food hot. They do stay warm quite a while (couple hours) but I think they are better for like casseroles or lasagna which will feed off each other to stay hot longer. Or for a hot pad for pain relief just do not overheat it. I ended up buying a 12v food bag heater pad for my hot bag but use this for cold pack bag. I overcooked one of the packs in m/w and it leaked and I burned my finger pretty bad from the gel that leaked out.

Family all lives over an hour from us (we live in the middle of nowhere) and we love big food centered get-togethers. I’m normally in charge of a lot of the food and if we travel, I don’t want to either monopolize the host’s oven or let cold salads hit room temperature.These packs keep the food the temperature that you desire. In warmer months, we also throw these in our soft cooler for big grocery trips to keep refrigerated and frozen foods at safe temperatures because again, we live in the middle of nowhere.

These are nice packs. I was looking for something that I could use to heat or keep cold and this product provided that. The material is nice and sturdy and I have also used this on aging, sore muscles. I plan to buy more in the future.

These work very well. I purchased to keep food warm at church potluck. My food stayed hot for 2 hours before eating.
