Have been using this in our RV for years - like being able to toss the part that comes into contact with the toilet, small silhouette makes it ideal for small spaces, since you've disposed of or flushed the replaceable head don't have to have a container under it like you do with conventional toilet bowl cleaners, nor do you need both the brush and a separate cleaner. My mom had these wands for her house and I searched everywhere in stores but could only find the refills. I finally found them available on Amazon! I prefer these over regular toilet brushes because you don’t have to worry about remaining bacteria or residue. The sponge-like cleaning attachments are disposable and you don’t need to purchase separate toilet bowl cleaner because it’s already in there. It also comes with its own little stand (or hook, depending on which one you purchase). There is a release button that you slide to dispose of it right into the garbage, so no need to handle it once it’s been used.
