Are you sure this mascara is waterproof and not water resistant? The first ingredient is water. So taht usually means it is not waterproof.!

It is not waterproof. Perhaps water resistant if you splash water on it, it will start flaking off quite easily. But if you don’t get it wet, it looks great all day I have used and tested a number of waterproof mascara’s, but this one is not waterproof. However, still love the mascara and for times when I’m not going to be swimming I use it regularly because it is so lush, glossy and really extends your lashes. Plus, it is super easy to get off at the end of the day with some water and a make up cloth.

What is in this that could possibly cause tingling feling,this does not sound good.

No idea where you see anything about tingling. I have no issues with this mascara. I have very sensitive allergy affected eyes and there has been no tingling.
