This tent is well made and well worth the money..My tent weighs in including pegs, groundsheet and mosquito net at 1.2 Kg..That is very light for its size..With the ground sheet and mosquito net( its midge proof) built in, the price is excellent.. Yes the two air vents require a support to stay open ,easy fix..As with many tents packing into its bag requires few choice words to help it in,its doable. Its waterproof and in the rain I have a vestibule to cook meals protected from the weather.. The small single man tents are not practical for me if you have to do all your cooking outside in the rain..As we all know a two man tent is fine for one man and this tent is no different .With 135cm head room I can sit upright to cook and eat sleep inside the fly screen and keep all my gear dry inside 1.2gk top that....This style Tipi or Laavo tent is a very practical and storm resistant design and very light..In my opinion it is the most practical design out there.. Setting the tent up is simple, as the ground sheet and mos net are built in .Walking pole or tree branch works fine for the pole ..Would like Tigris to offer an alloy/fiberglass pole as an extra..Every thing is waterproof and not found any need for extra seam sealing..This tent is a leader in design with the built in ground sheet and mosquito net no other design can give the size and weight at this price..OK No I do not work in the industry and I spent my own money to purchases the tent..If it was not fit for purpose I would have No problems to give it one star and tell you all not to buy it .The bottom line is I am very happy at the price, weight and quality of this tent and would recommend it to any of you looking for this type of tent..Your not buying a micro chip as shown in part of the Buy now thats an error You are getting the tent thats advertised I know I trusted desertcart.. Get outside and enjoy nature it will be the best decision you have ever made.. Ian.. Review: It's ok, in good weather. - I love the look of this tent. It's easy to erect, lightweight and if stealth is your thing, for a spot of wildcamping it fits that bill nicely. There's plenty of room for one plus gear, with the central pole ( trekking pole). The pole does get in the way but that's a fair compromise given the size and weight. But....I've had mine up now for several days in the garden. And it's leaky. Initially I, thought this was condensation, which you do get, but again that's fair. No, this has a few spots where I've sat in the tent in the rain and watched it drip in. To the point where after a short time, I used an old tin to bail it out, nearly a tin full. Fair enough, the last few days have been very wet and windy, but inside it has been also wet and windy. I wouldn't trust this on a hill overnight in bad weather. As a summer tent in good weather, I'd say it's ideal. In bad weather , it will keep the worst off you but I think you'd be cold and damp. Edited. I've had this several months now and it's risen in my estimation. I've seam sealed it myself and it's much more waterproof as a result. It's been out on a couple of wildcamps and it's done well. It's stood up to some decent wind overnight. It's lightweight and the colour means it blends in really well. Bumped up to 4 stars.

So good I bought twice
This is a lightweight thru hikers dream.

Had a leak first time using - possibly wind driving rain under the edges
Will give this another chance- leaked a little at the edges of the rectangular inner - May not have secured the extremes close enough to the ground - will give it another go as I quite like the tent.

Great lightweight tent
I have had this tent a year now and it has become my goto tent. I like the way it goes up quickly and the size of it. I am 6' and there is plenty of room for me and all my gear even with the pole in the middle. I have used it once with the loop at the top tied to a tree so no need of a pole, this was great. The vestibule is large enough to cook in and kneel in to store your gear away before taking the tent down. I have used it a couple of times with the outer door open one side and the mesh closed and there was only a tiny amount of condensation at the very top of the tent. With the outer door mostly closed apart from the top six inches there was condensation on the walls but not a lot. I suppose this depends a lot on the weather. The vents near the top of the tent do need propping open with a bit of stick or something. The tent seems well made and the zips run free. The built in groundsheet with more air vents around its top edge is another nice feature and when there is a bit of a breeze I could feel the fresh air on my face. Overall a very good tent and not expensive.

Leaked.
I loved this tent until the first time I used it in bad weather. The 360 degree seam at the top of the tent leaked and made the tent pretty useless. Luckily I had a tarp with me.

Great tent just a couple cons.
The only negatives for me are that the vents have nothing to hold them open and the bottom vents plus door wide open has not been enough to stop condensation being the worst I have ever seen. This happens in single skins though no matter the price range. Everything else about this shelter is excellent and I will continue to use it until I have run it into the ground. Would have been 5 stars if there was a stuff bit of material to hold open the tents mesh vents, this can be found in very cheap rubbish tents so it's not a problem with costing its literally been overlooked.

Condensation
The condensation is probably the worst I have ever seen
