About an ounce, but you only need about 1/4 to 1/2 ounce of fluid. That's plenty.

I need this for eye drops. Will this work for that?

Not sure but I would think if you place the amount of drops needed into this eye wash glass they most likely will make it into your eye instead of rolling down you face.

is the glass Borosilicate?

I don't know if the eye cup is Pyrex type Borosilicate...I doubt it since it is shipped with a plastic container, and I have not dropped this one to see if it easily breaks. The eye cup works fine and is easy to store, keep clean and sterile.
