ABSOLUTUEL AMAZING! this kit is like having a full cable machine at home (or anywhere else you want to take it since it's totally portable) PLUS. • Day one upper body: face pulls, tricep pushdowns, rows, curls, overhead press. • Day two lower: kickback & squat variations (add a 60lb booty band for extra burn on the squats) The bar is heavy and stable yet still conveniently portable. The bands are heavy & don't twist around. The nylon sleeve on the bands is great. I have many other bands and this system is the best by far. THANK YOU X BANDS for making such a quality & versatile product. Exceeded my expectations in every way. Can't wait to add more movements/exercises!
