This pillow is amazing!
I’m a super hot sleeper. I’m a tummy and side sleeper and I can’t have my pillows too firm or too soft or I’ll get a horrible headache. This pillow is amazing! At first I was like “hmm it’s kind of hard..” and I was worried it would be too firm for my liking but your head sinks down into it perfectly for just the right amount of support! It’s cooling, but not too cool! The smell has gone away (let it air out for 24-48 hrs) but taking it out of the plastic did have a funny smell. Overall this pillow is an amazing purchase!

Seems Great So Far....
We just purchased the Tempurpedic Luxe Breeze Soft Split King mattresses and the Ergo motion base. So naturally we wanted to try out these cooling pillows in size king and the HI one. Have only slept on it for one night even though we ordered about 10 days ago. Just had the mattress delivered yesterday. Will try it out for a few more nights and make a decision. One nice thing is the price that we paid. It is now about $90 more for each pillow than when we purchased them about 10 days ago. The price does change on this pillow quite a bit. We paid $131 new for the king sized ones. They were up to $219 for a week and now back down to $142 (all for king size). As far as the comfort (I have been sleeping on it now for over a week) it is much more comfortable than the Dual Cooling Breeze pillows also from Tempur-Pedic. They were much more dense and heavier and didn't seem as comfortable right out of the box. The comfort of these ProForm Cooling ProHi Pillows is great. It actually feels like it's getting a little bit softer now that we have been using it for almost a week. Cooling effect is decent too. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a Tempur-Pedic brand pillow to look into getting this one.

Heavy and Hot
I gave this pillow a solid 2 weeks opportunity to impress me. Bottom Line: It didn't. It was extremely overpriced and not worth the time or money. For a "cool pillow", it got hot within minutes of laying down and as for the memory foam, it was nice, until you need to flip the pillow (obviously looking for the cool side), but since it retained it's shape and add in the angle of laying and flipping through your shoulder, it had the equivalent weight of a small car and was now uncomfortable to lay on. 0/10, would never recommend spending this much money on any pillow or this particular one for any price.

Comfortable but you can find cheaper pillow
I purchased a TempurPedic Cloud pillow and then purchased this TempurPedic Cloud Hi profile. The regular Cloud pillow is comfortable, but found that I sank into it too much. So I got the Hi profile, since I’m a side sleeper and read that us side sleepers should have a higher pillow. This pillow is very comfortable, but I felt that it was too high, but the firmness was on point. I figured since TempurPedic foam usually sinks in a lot that getting the Hi-Profile would be just right, but my neck position isn’t good when I lay on it. I guess I should have gotten the low profile. The cooling effect was surprising, but it only lasted the first night. The pillow doesn’t make me hot though, but that’s just me. There are cheaper memory foam pillows out there, I found that Sealy medium pillow was a much better fit for me.

A bit too "extra" for me.
I wanted to love this pillow. I was coming from an almost ten year old Tempur Symphony pillow, which was just getting a bit worn out. I'm 6'0, 200lbs. side-sleeper. I would usually switch sides during the night, but I hurt my left shoulder a few months ago, and I have not been able to lay on my left side. This puts more strain on my right side, and I needed a better pillow to help me get through the nights. The Tempur Cloud Cooling Pro Hi seemed like a good fit. First of all...as far as the cooling aspect...that is legit...at least to start the night. It's almost too cold. I found myself wishing it would warm up a touch. It's sort of distracting how cool it is to start. Now by morning, that's gone. I suppose you could flip the pillow in the middle of the night, but this thing is heavy! Not easy to do with one good arm.I think Tempur considers this a medium in terms of firmness. I would put it closer to "firm" than "medium". Now I like a pillow that is on the firm side...but this is just a bit too much. It's another one of those things where it was OK to lay on to begin the night...but by morning, I was waking up with a stiff neck and a bit of a headache. It's almost like when you lay on it, you sink in just a bit, which I like, but then you can't really turn your head at all because the foam around you is too stiff. The cover is amazing, but I'm not sure that makes or breaks any pillow...especially because I would never use a pillow without a pillow case. So that beautiful cover just gets covered up anyway. So for me...this pillow was just a bit too "extra". Just a bit too tall. The cooling was a bit too cold (to start). The pillow was a bit too firm. I really wanted to love it...but it just didn't work for me.I did move to the Tempur Cloud Breeze Cooling Pillow, and I think that one is the Goldilocks pillow for me. Just right. It is cooling to start (gone by morning unless you flip), but not as icy as the Pro Hi. It's heavy, but not as heavy as the Pro Hi. It's firm, but not as firm as the Pro Hi. It's tall, but not as tall as the Pro Hi. The Tempur Cloud Breeze Cooling and Tempur Cloud Cooling Pro Hi are very similar pillows...but the Pro is just a bit "extra". Pro Hi is a little taller...a little firmer...a little cooler...better cover....but all that "extra" is not always a good thing, at least for me. I did like that the Pro Hi has a little bit different shape than the Breeze...it's flatter on the long ends, where the Breeze is just tapered...but I could still scoot either pillow down to my shoulder, so it wasn't a big deal.

The perfect pillow
I had one that I loved and hunted down a second one (this one). I needed one that wasn’t too soft and this one fits the bill. I have arthritis pain in my one shoulder and this gets me thru the night. I also needed the higher pillow, which this one is.
