Feels great on the shoulder. Does not fall off when wet, just like the packaging says. Only issue I have had is it does peel off a little when sleeping. Other than that, I've been wearing mine about 4 days now, and I have never felt better!

This is by far the best one I've used...it stays on..I use it a lot for my shoulder due to my rotator cuff

Love the precut tape
I purchased this for my daughter. She had shoulder surgery a couple of years ago and when she throws (softball) alot, her shoulder becomes sore. Kinesiology tape is great. We learned about it when she had ankle problems. Pre-cut is the way to go. It eliminates having to cut the tape strips in half and making the different strips required.

This worked for at rest times for the rotator cuff, but did not help during strenuous work. I am glad I tried it.

Ottimo, a quanto pubblicizzato uno dei migliori per tenuta dell'applicazione. La definizione di kit fa pensare alla presenza di strisce a "Y", solitamente usate per il supporto della spalla; invece il kit consta di 6 strisce a "I", 4 nere e 2 blu, dovrebbero essere le nere per il sostegno e le blu per la decompressione del muscolo. Se applicate con cura secondo le istruzioni, sulla pelle pulita (possibilmente rasata - per gli uomini), almeno un paio d'ore prima dell'attività se dovete sudare o nuotare - anche se loro dicono mezz'ora, sono veramente eterne e non danno fastidio né reazioni.
