It's nice. Won't fall apart easily. Cotton it grows on a plant. The color is brown shades of camo.

how do i wrap this on my face?

You could wrap this like a shemagh, but it's not REALLY designed to do that. I have just put it on my head and then covered it with a cap. I have also found it stays in place pretty well just draped over my cap with it hanging over the brim, with the long ends draped over my shoulder.

Can I wear this over my head like the frogmen or jaeger corps?

I would think you would be able to wear it as scarf or a head scarf, it's long enough to wrap around your head and neck.

Is this veil hemmed all the way around?
