A sad song
The bird arrived with a significant part of the mechanism broken. It does not work and therefore is not fit for purpose.How do I obtain a refund

Disappointing
Unfortunately, the bird arrived in a crushed box. With this one of the wings had come off and the other appeared jammed. Bought this for my baby boy who loves to say hello and it repeats back but this bird appears not to talk back but just make chirping sounds. Hopefully, they will send a replacement that talks back.
