Golden Groundhog TCG Deck Box Including 30 Golden Groundhog Custom Status Effects and Damage Counters (Fire, Poison, Sleep, GX Counter, and 10-20 and 50-100 Damage Counters)

These were even better than I expected! The quality is superb. They are similar to high-end plastic poker chips. They have nice weight so they'll stay where you want on your cards. My son is going to be so excited to get these for Christmas! He's been asking for damage counters and special conditions markers. These are nicer than using dice for damage, and most sets we've seen only have burned and poisoned markers, but this has paralyzed and sleep, along with extra gopher and gx tokens you can use for coin flips or marking whatever else you want. It's a great set at a great price!

I believe the counts of chips that are shipped match the counts in the description, but not the images. So be sure you read carefully.That being said, enough of these come that I rarely have to dip into the paper tokens I keep handy when I play with my son. These counters are just regular high quality poker chips with new icons printed on them. But the icons look nice. No discoloration or pixelation. I personally enjoy the feel of them and like using them during games. They’re less likely to get knocked around and lost on the board or between cards that the paper damage counters that come with card decks.

These are great quality coins, just like poker chips. They have been built to last and have made it easier to play and see the damage on cards. The only reason for a drop in one star is that it comes with a lot of "Golden Groundhog" coins that would be better served as additional counters.

For the price I paid for these, its almost 1$ per 'repurposed poker chip' which is comical because I can buy a whole set of poker chips for the same price. ((I am returning this and I highly do not recommend it))The descriptions reads "Each pack is GUARANTEED to include: 30 Golden Groundhog Custom Status Effects and Damage Counters." I only got 29; I'm guessing the seller just grabs a pile of these and puts them loosely in the box without counting them, they don't even put them in a plastic wrap/bag.These game pieces are repurposed thick and heavy poker chips. Although made of good quality, the large size and weight of these chips make them really awkward to use during play. If you ACTUALLY play the TCG game with these you'd quickly realize how poorly poker chips translate over to Pokemon TCG damage counters (which are meant to be placed over several of your active cards).

These are fantastic! My kid and I play together, and the little paper counters were just to easy to accidentally brush or blow away. These look and feel way more satisfying, and the poison/fire/sleep/confused chips are a lot easier than remembering which direction to turn the card. Well worth the money! Paired with a nice game mat really makes a difference.

Bought for my son to use in his pokemon games and he LOVES them so much more than the flimsy cardboard ones you get with battle packs

These are some AMAZING playing chips!!! I bought 2 sets so me and my daughter could battle Pokemon. We have all the correct pieces to cover all the different types of damage with lots to spare. Customer Service was also AMAZING when we ran into a small question and was answered right away. You will not be disappointed buying this set - in fact you will want another!!! Glad I did
