iCool Medicube 36 Hour Cold Carrying Case for Refrigerated and Temperature Sensitive Medication Including Insulin, Growth Hormones, and Other Sensitive Medication

I have travelled for about 24 hours with it, even after that the ice pacs were in good state and the meds were cool enough. Go for it.

After a test I did at home at a temperature of 25 degrees Celsius with a temperature sensor that I placed in the cooler, the temperature in the cooler reached eight degrees after 24 hours. After 36 hours, the temperature reached 16 degrees. Big disappointment.

Used this cooler for the first time driving from Los Angeles, CA to San Francisco, CA, a 6 or so hours long drive, in the middle of the day in July when is hot outside (temps ranged from low 80s F to 100+ F outside the car, and inside well i had the AC on.) Why is all this important? Because under these conditions it worked perfectly fine. Temp inside the cooler stayed average around 40F or lower the entire trip and at night when i got to my destination. So if you keep it in the shade, in room temps at least, it will stay cool and work as advertised. The second i got out of the car and it got hot inside car again, the temp inside the cooler slowly started to go up a degree or two after a few minutes, but it came back down after i got back in the car and turned the AC back on. So do I recommend it? Yes! Just dont expect miracles and try to keep the meds cool under the sun at a 100F weather cause it aint gonna happen. Oh, and it pays off to buy a thermometer with a remote receiver, so you dont have to open the cooler to check the temp inside. I suggest a small Acurite with its remote receiver. Also, the ice packs stayed frozen the entire time during my trip... at night when I took the meds out and put them in a fridge, the blocks were still hard frozen.

I am so impressed with the product and the outstanding customer service from the company. What a relief to know that it will stay at the right temperature for so long.

Utilisé une fois, ce sac à fait son travail, sur un trajet de 2h15 à plus de 25 degrés en voiture, à mon arrivée, il était à 2 degrés j'ai eu le temps de brancher le réfrigérateur et d'attendre qu'il refroidisse pour qu'il prenne le relai. Un grand ouf, j'ai enlevé une étoile à cause du prix, pour moi excessif

This product kept my medication cold for my whole trip almost 36 hours in transit. I would highly recommend this product.
