GREAT PEN - But Keep It In YOUR Pocket
Great pen but you need to keep it close. I have two of these on hand because people steal them if you aren’t watching. I use all three methods of writing; black and red ink as well as the pencil. As small as the ink refills are, they last a long time. But I still order the refill kit about once a year.

Awesome EDC Pen/Pencil - Great Metal Design
Love this pen to death!!!! (16 MAR 2017)I have been on the lookout for a well made Every Day Carry (EDC) pen for a long time. I find myself needing a pen or a pencil allot of the time while at work and while out simply around. I have always been irritated with the durability of a cheap plastic pen or the bulkiness and crappy performance of a mechanical pencil. And I am not willing to bay $70 for the "ultimate EDC pen" that everyone claims to have. This pen has solved all of those problems.Pros - The pen is VERY well made and it a very solid metal material that feels great in the hand and while writing. The mechanism for selecting either the blue ink, black ink or pencil function is well put together and gives a well defined *click* when turned from side to side. The cartridges themselves write nicely and don't skip or fail, or at least not in my experience as I use it almost daily. The .5mm pencil that it also has produces lead well and is easy to write with as well. Overall I cant say enough good things abut this pen. For $30 I think I have found a pen that I will be using for a very long time, and if I were to lose it, you can bet I'm placing an order for another one!Cons - None as of 16 MAR 2017, will update of any arise.

Extremely Satisfied (to the point I wanna hug a company rep!)
At first I saw the price tag and was a little skeptical...”is it really worth it?” I thought. Yes. Yes it was. In a day of instant gratification and unprecedented urgency, the ability to have one PENcil that can be used as both, with a stylus for operating tablets, is extremely useful for any student and/or businessmen and businesswomen. First of all the sleek body gives it not only a premium look, but a premium feel. I hate writing but I want to write just to use it more. Second, the easily swappable modes between black ink, red ink, pencil, and stylus makes it extremely convenient. Now you don’t have to keep 3 different pens and pencils in your pocket, or dig through a bag to get them out. Just twist and it pops up! I love it, much better than a fidget spinner (remember those? They died out pretty quick!)As more items become multi-functional to adapt to our rapid-paced society, this gadget is one of the few that makes an impactful, every day change. I believe the only thing that could have made it of the utmost convienience would be the addition of a miniature sharpie. All in all, I haven’t touched another pen or pencil since. I love it. You’ll love it. Just dodge the question whenever somebody asks how much you paid for it xD

Great multi function pen/pencil
Just got it and loving it! I was undecided between this one and a the Cross equivalent but this one had better reviews, less expensive and easier to get refills!

How can a pen make your life better? Buy a B3 Aviator with Stylus to find out!
This is a superb writing tool and its list of positive features is long. To name just a few, It writes well and is very comfortable in the hand. It is one of the very few multi-function tools that performs each function as well as, or in some instances better than, its single function counterpart. And, it is rugged! In three years of continuous use I’ve identified only two problems. The first is the price and that pain goes away after you’ve used your B3 for about a week. At half the price of a Cross Tech3+, it is worth every penny. The second issue is that replacement Stylus Caps can show ware or get lost and they are not available either separately or in the Refill Kit.

I (active CFI-I) approve this pen
I am a CFI-I logging 60 to 80 dual given hours every month. The stylus on the back works great on the iPad, even with the screen protector already on the screen. It must be in a certain angle, but once you get used to it, you honestly does not need the Apple Pencil. I love it, I am now proud of myself procrastinating for months before buying the Apple Pencil. In flight, I use the black ink to write down what the student did well and the red ink to write down notable errors or possible rooms for improvements. On the ground, I use the black ink to sign various papers that I must sign as a PIC (i.e. maintenance write-ups)The ONLY CON of this pen is that the pen could have came with some better ink cartridges. The original ones are not bad, but I've used some better pens such as the Pilot G2 or Uni-Ball Jetstream. I quite don't want to sign my students' log books with this pen. This pen does take the standard D1 refills. Once I'm done with the refills that came with the pen, I will swap them out with Uni-Ball or Zebra or Rotring D1 refills.
