I needed a hydration supplement for when I'm working outside. I sweat a lot, and if I'm drinking just regular water, my muscles will start cramping after several hours of work. I decided to try out Daylyte after doing some reading through the ingredients of many of the different supplements out there. I personally didn't want sweeteners, whether real or artificial, and Daylyte fit the bill. It's not the most amazing tasting one I'm sure, but it's not bad. It gives your water a slightly salty/lemony flavor. Overall I'm very happy with it. I spend the entire day yesterday in 95 degree sun shoveling dirt and rocks, and never once felt a cramp/ or muscle fatigue. This stuff really helps.

this stuff is pretty great. the taste is actually not as unpleasant as you might expect. i cant imagine ill developed any extreme craving that will get me out of bed in the middle of the night to take a swig, but its definitely not offensive in anyway. rather, it kind of tastes as though half of my tastebuds were outside on a 10 smoking a ciggarette, and werent present during the evaluation. im gonna consider taste a strong win, since ive never tried one of these additives i wasnt in some way appalled by. far more importantly, i do feel significantly more hydrated, with probably 18-20% more energy than i had prior, and very mildly less stressed... im not certain the latter is an effect of this supplement in anyway, but it seems im leaving it all on the table this morning, so...

I read a lot of positive things about the "taste" but honestly, after trying it full strength, this lemon like creme aftertaste simply strikes me odd and like something I can't put my finger on, it simply does NOT taste like lemon to me but some unique flavor that's not just odd, its just taste bad. For the price, I find that unacceptable, but not sure what recourse I have if any. Its not been long enough to really say how effective this product is at hydration because I haven't really managed to drink enough of it due to the poor taste, however I did find that using it in a third of the recommended amount (using 1.0 ML per 36 oz of water instead of 3.0) was palatable enough to stomach, but overall, really not happy with this so far .... I will likely seek another alternative in the future unless they truly address this taste.

I purchased this because I was having some dehydration issues due to new meds that I was prescribed. I was drinking water, but was still dehydrated. So I looked for some electrolytes to add to water and other beverages. This product was lower in sodium (the meds are for blood pressure, So I trying to reduce my sodium intake) These seemed to tic the boxes. I ordered some and they arrived next day. I started using them, and by the end of the day I could tell a difference. My skin snapped back after pinching it, and my finger tips lost their wrinkly look. I try to drink about 3 liters of water a day, and I will be adding these to at least 2 of them. My only negative is the taste. I ordered lemon and it has a nice subtle lemon flavor, but It seems a bit salty ( I know, that is the point) I am starting to get used to it and will add a fresh lemon slice to it to see if that helps. Other wise it is very nice. One last thing.... there seems to be some sediment in the drops that are visible when it goes into the water. I think this must be something to do with the minerals, as they dissolve in time. I will definitely keep using these, and I will try the other flavor as well.

Helps greatly with hydration. Very noticeable. Doesn’t taste great, but if you put the recommended amount into some lemon water you won’t notice it.

I love lemon flavor so I was excited to try this. I do low carb and wanted to get more out of the water I am drinking. The flavor is not bitter but is somehow sweet (without any sweeteners?) and one of the things I don't enjoy from most electrolyte / low carb drinks & mixes is that they taste overly sweet. I end up adding a True Lemon packet to make it taste more like actual lemon. The hydrating effects are great! So if you like sweet + lemon, this could be for you. Just a heads up, the mix doesn't dissolve completely. You'll see some of the particles floating around even after very rigorous shaking. I just shake up my bottle before I drink it.

This product was great before they rebranded and everything but now its even better. The flavor is great, it is now so much easier to use with the dropper and I find myself using it more often with these small tweaks they made. The product itself really does work. I have used it for dopamine recovery from being prescribed an amphetamine, hangover cures, and simply hydration and recovery from athletic activities such as kayaking, 5Ks, and normal gym routine. Would recommend to anyone. Even our friends that have used it (who aren't the active types) for hangovers or recovery, give it great compliments each use and always say they notice the difference in how they feel after drinking it.

The solution is full of clumps and goop. After shaking vigorously, it never really dissolves and it clogs up the dropper with goo. I’ve had to remove and clean the dropper several times and after sitting for a day, the same thing occurs. The solution doesn’t dissolve into the water bottle, regardless of shaking. You can see clumps and undissolved bits in the water bottle. The taste is marginally acceptable. I cannot recommend this product. I’ve tried several others that are much better.
