I’ve been using this since childhood there’s no other product on the market better than ST 37 for sun burns. The antiseptic soothes it & moisturizes without drying.

This product works great for mouth sores.

Our family has been using this product for over 60 years. When I was very young, we went to Wildwood for a week. My Dad, being a fairly light skinned, red head got sun poisoning. We ran into my Dad's cousin on the boardwalk and she told us to get ST 37 and that's the story. About 12 years ago my DH had his teeth removed, I got ST 37 and he rinsed with it and his Dr. said I don't know what you are doing, but keep on doing it (he was a diabetic too and they tend to not heal as fast). Recently I bought some just to have here and I've had a rash, I thought from the Oak mites. Whatever, I went to a dermatologist and by the time I got there the rash was better and I was taking bleach baths. However, I decided to try the ST 37, its much easier than bleach baths and IT WORKED ! I wish it was more available, but I order it from Amazon and it comes in a few days. Nothing Better than ST 37.

This is the only thing you çan use inside your mouth to heal a problem. Mine was because a broken tooth wS ripping into my tongue

I was visiting my parents for an extended time and developed a bad toothache. I couldn't get into a dentist for 3 weeks. I swished this in my mouth around my tooth once or twice a day. Pain subsided. The tooth had to be pulled at the dentist. I recommend this highly for pain.

Struggle with aphthos ulcers have been using this for years. Good analgesic for the oral discomfort and the taste is not unpleasant

I thought about not reviewing this bc I feel that I just found the best kept secret. I started using this out of desperation. I have always had beautiful teeth. However, recently I started having infections, bleeding gums, etc. It's my fault for waiting too long to go to the dentist. I didn't want to go on another round of antibiotics unless I had to. So I started ordering all kinds of mouth wash, to see if any would help. This one is the only one that provided relief.First off let me say it tastes sweet but smells like sulfur. Yes sulfur, but if you are desperate like I was, you will not care. You swish for 1 minute, focusing on the infected area, then spit out. Once you spit, you will smell and taste sulfur. I never rinsed with water, to ensure that I received the full effect. Then you will start feeling a slight tingling, especially over the infected areas ( even areas you didn't know you had a problem), then comes the numbing feeling. This not only helps kill the infection but will numb as well.I will swish at least 3 times a day, and every time I started feeling pain, sometimes up to 6 times. After 1 week, I noticed that all the pain was gone. I was so relieved to have no more pain, I literally cried. Now also keep in mind that I started this when I had the first signs of a tooth infection. I would not recommend doing this if you have had a full blown infection. Just go to the doctor and get the antibiotics!I will continue with my regiment, till my dentist appointment when I will get the tooth removed.Keep in mind I am only using this temporarily. Do not use this to keep from going to the dentist! The infection will come back. If you get an infection that becomes resistant, you will regret it. You could lose part of your jaw, or worse. Please be smart with this and use correctly.
