In general, as far as I am concerned, most resistance bands are all about the same. So I went with the ones that appealed to me most aesthetically. I really liked the colors, and I liked the font. I also like that the resistance level is written on each band along with a star rating to identify that resistance level. The storage pouch was a nice bonus. The only cons are that the extra light level pink and the light level pink are almost the same shade of pink, so it’s hard to tell them apart. Also, although the bands did not come with any particular chemical odors, which I really appreciated, the little travel pouch had a little bit of synthetic odor to it when it arrived. After putting it in front of an air cleaning machine, for half an hour or so, that odor was gone. I would give it 4.5 stars. But since I can’t give a half star additional rating, I have to just give it four stars.

The product info can be a little confusing as it lists rubber as material and later describes it to be latex. the packaging for the actual product says it is latex, just to clear that up. Over all the product is good, best for beginners, if you are looking for high resistance I wouldn't say this is the product for you. But it is great to add some some resistance to your exercise and might not see like a lot at first but as your workout progresses you will definitely feel it. The bands are wide enough to use on my legs, I'm 5'1 and weigh about 160 pounds, if you are really tall or heavy you will likely need a little more room. the product ships pretty fast and I don't have prime, so that is a plus, and the colour coding with the labels printed on each band helps alot to remember which one is which and keep track of your progress.

My hubby and I are in our 60's, both with bad backs & knees. We use an elliptical and light weights for exercise to stay mobile. We decided to give these bands a try for more exercise. We are starting out on the lighter bands and plan to work up to the stronger ones. So far they seem to work as intended. They are easy to use, seem durable and long lasting. While sitting and watching TV we use them for several exercises. Neither of us can get up off the floor very easy, so some of the exercises will be done on the bed. It's nice to know we have choices and can still use our own strength with these bands. Plus, we didn't have to spend a fortune on expensive exercise equipment.

I think this is great for beginners and I'll be able to use these in the long run as I try to level up. I can't say if the light ones will last for a log time because of how thin they are but I think if you take good care of them and keep them in the little pouch that it comes with when you're not using them they should last longer. I can't wait to get more into it and use them more because the workouts I do the most so far uses these (which on the side, they are good for keeping your form which everyone I've talked to says that it's key to getting a good workout so they're awesome for that as well).

I will be honest, I was a bit sceptical about buying these.It has been a while since I have really tried to exercise but my husband on the other hand is in great physical shape and exercises daily.When I got these he tested them before I did, and while he owns some from when he first had surgery on his shoulder over a year ago.He says mine are every bit as durable and was himself amazed.The fact they are more women's colors is fantastic as now I have my own and can stop using his is even better.Great quality, great price, heavy duty and fast delivery.The bonus, of course the color and I am looking forward to using them and getting back in shape.

They work great. I've been using it almost everyday for a year and they haven't break or shown any sign of use or damage. Other bands used to break within a months. These ones are great, they come with 5 different strenghts and Colors, that can be used in any workout. Great product for a small Price.

Wow wow wow! I was pleasantly surprised by how compact these things are! I was looking for something that would allow me to do some low impact resistance training and these are absolutely perfect. I didn't realize they were supposed to come with a little travel bag so that was definitely an added bonus. These will definitely travel well as they can easily fit in luggage and my purse. The bands are very smooth so there's no pinching or tugging on the skin. I was also shocked by how durable they are yet how much of stretch they give. It didn't take me long to feel the burn though. Each band is color coded and clearly labeled. They came with a nice pamplet with some exercises and instruction.I'm happy with the value of this product!

I know these loops aren't supposed to last forever and they are inexpensive. I've used these consistently 3-4 times a week for 2 months and I have ripped through the medium and light bands. The light band ripped on its first use. The heavier bands-which you will use more often-do seem like they will last longer. They are perfect for beginners and I feel you can do more exercises with them versus the fabric bands.

These bands are great value, and come in different resistance levels, from X-Light to X-Heavy, which is great for if you're just starting out with resistance bands. You can build up your strength and it even provides variety.It is very travel-friendly because all the bands come in a cute drawstring pouch, and very sanitary as each band came in its own separate polybag.The bands are flexible and provide good resistance during leg workouts (have not tried them for arms yet)!My bands came in quite delayed due to COVID19, but I was corresponding with Tiffany, who was amazing with answering all of my concerns regarding the shipping times and it ended up getting here a bit late but in perfect condition! :)

Just got these and have been using them for the past week. Arrived in perfect condition and so far the bands are working out great!! I’ve tried all of them except the X-heavy but will give that one a try soon. They seem durable.

I wouldn’t recommend it, they keep folding becoming to tight on ur legs

I already used one of them ( x-extra heavy) since I wanted to try them out and they are great!! It definitely helps ur workout. The bag to carry them very practical and they included a flyer with some recommendations workouts with the bands

I have used this product for a few months now. It is very suitable for me to build muscle strength. It came with 5 different weight levels and can be used in different type of exercises. I like the colors of the product too.
