I like the product. The only problem I see is that the button seals on the sides take a little more effort to close when folding it over. If One wants to fold it over for a full sandwich, it becomes a little too small. It’s also useful to use the button seals at the very top though. My husband uses it for lunch at work. He is used to using a hard shell container for sandwiches but he seems fine with transitioning to this. It’s also dishwasher safe.

I have vowed to never purchase plastic bags again. Because of this decision I have been on a hunt for alternatives. I currently have been trying out the Luumi Unplastic Bag. It is great for sandwiches because it has width. It snaps and folds over to seal in three different sizes and you can roll it tight for storage. I wondered how air tight it was because of the different way it seals. I wondered how it would do with liquids. So, I added water and tried flipping it around in the three different size possiblities. The top fold dripped a tiny amount but the other two folds did not drip. I have put it in my dishwasher top shelf and it came out clean and like new. I have no plans to put it in the oven or microwave but the tag it came with stated it is safe to 350 degrees. It did fine in the freezer. The silicone on the bag is substantial and it seems like it will last a long time. I will continue to use it for sandwiches and snacks. It came with no wasteful packaging. The tag attached to it gives directions on how to use the bag and the tag is recyclable. My only suggestion to Luumi would be to add some attractive design to the silicone if possible. I give it a thumbs up!

I really like this reusable sandwich container. It’s easy to clean in the dishwasher. It’s a little difficult to close but once you get used to how it works it is great!!
