Arrived pretty quickly...Also at a good price..I can't wear it though it falls out to easily..I wear 18 g normally but looking at the picture I thought it had the ball at the end that usually grabs so it doesn't fall out but I was wrong the end is more pointed looks more like an arrow..So I'd say if you wear a 20 g this should work for you just fine..Overall I would order from this company again..

Stone is bigger than I expected, but it's cute tho.

Make sure you wear a rubber backing with it or else it will fall out. Other than that, it's a pretty nice piece of jewelry. I wear it daily.

Not 18g. Do not buy if you truly use 18g.
