Depending how long your arms are, they are just below the elbow to just the elbow.

Do these come in the colors shown or is it random?

You get all those colors shown.

Do they glow in dark or will they?

No, they don't. You'd have to use a special dye for them to glow.

Will this fit a 6 year old ?

Yes. The gloves I received fit right up to the wrist for my 5 and 7 year old as we used this as part of a halloween costume. They wouldn’t fit as well on an adult.
