So my wife and I split the 14 day cleanse and stuck to it. We definitely had the stomach pains and were on the toilet more than usual, but this was to be expected. We felt cleansed afterwards but did not lose a single pound. It wasn't purchased for weight loss so it didn't really bother us. I'm sure if we paired it with exercise and lighter eating we would have lost weight, but then again if you are doing all that do you really need the tea? This isn't something you can use all the time because of how often you have to run to the bathroom, but it made us feel better so it was worth it. May try the full 30 day cleanse next.

I loooove this tea! The morning tea gives me s great energy boost and helps me stay full and make better food choices. I have NEVER felt this way about a product before. It lasted a little longer than the 14 days which was awesome. I lost 6lbs have offically given up coffee and feel full quicker and like its easier to make better food choices! Its UNBELIEVABLE! I swear ive trued every diet and product on the market and NOTHING has made me feel like lyfe tea does! I am sold for "lyfe"! 😍

Lyfe tea was okay ! It wasn't what it was hyped to be when I looked up reviews and you tubes for results. I lost a few pounds and inches but not as much as everyone made it seem it was a minor change but not a major change . I excersise and dieted regularly .

I'm 57, in pretty good physical shape, I have high blood pressure that is under control. When I drank the morning tea, it worked very well after a few hours. However, the Detox tea made me extremely sick. I felt my insides were purging. I had a fever, cold-sweats, severe stomach pain to the point I was bent over and couldn't stand upright. I had to stay in bed in the fetal position for over 24 hours. It actually scared me. No more for me, thanks!

If you add sweetener it is fine. I liked the evening better than morning but beware that you need to be near a bathroom in the morning. Don't take it if you are in meetings at work or out hiking. It says detox for a reason. Things are leaving your body

The first months it work for me.so I continue drinking tea start to gain weight again 12lb Instead of Lost weight. Please cancel my order I don’t want to continue.

Great product. I've used it many times. I didn't realize that it was loose tea. I wish it included an offer for tea bags to use along side it.

Its just okay. I'm disappointed in this tea. It had such good reviews and I had such high hopes. The daytime tea did curb my food cravings, but I didn't lose any weight. The night tea works great. It does help you go to the bathroom in the morning.
