Works great! Super powerful and built well.It froths my oatmilk, makes great cold foam and mixes my green and protein powders very well! Such a great buy! The hold down power button is easy to operate and is great for controlling the spinning. Definitely recommend.

Does anyone else have this problem? It runs great until it hits any liquid then it shuts off Am I doing something wrong or is this broken? This is an update on my review. Apparrety the batteries I had in the frother were not strong enough to keep it going in the creamer but I bought new batteries and it’s lie night ad day! Frothed up the entire thing and completely filled a cup with foam. Love it! .. it’s a good thing because customer service sucks and never responded to any means of contact. Well it ran great for 4 months then died completely. Changed the batteries twice and did everything it said in the video to troubleshoot but it’s just dead. Very poor value if you need to replace it every few months. I’d rather pay more for a better quality frother

This handheld frother does a nice job mixing coffee and creamer. It’s simple to use, works quickly, and is convenient to keep on the counter with the stand. No issues so far—does exactly what I wanted it for.

Edit After posting my original review (below) Mary from customer service responded very quickly, and I just received replacements for both broken frothers. Hence it's 4 stars now - 2 stars for the reliability of the product and 5 stars for outstanding customer support. Original review I bought 2 of these frothers (one for home one for work) in November 2019 and they were working fine for approximately 6-7 months, and then both of them developed a similar problem - It would be difficult to turn them on by pressing the "On" button, occasionally the frother would work after few attempts and pressing, but most of the time it wouldn't turn on at all, including with new batteries (properly) inserted.

I have had my Powerlix for probably 8 years. I bought a protein shake formula from a high end company who offered to throw in a device that literally looks just like one for like $10 and I thought why not? I've had my other one so many years the handle was getting a little sticky-ish but still worked perfect. The one they sent was awful! It had one speed- so high you mess up everything around you including your own clothes trying to mix anything. I sent it back for a refund. Bought another one of these just to have the new handle- works great of course. I had never even changed the batteries on my old one and use it almost daily for protein powder in my coffee.

I bought this in October 2020. At first it was working great, but then it just died on me at the end of the year. It has a lifetime warranty so I contacted them. They got back to me immediately asking for my order details and suggesting a few trouble shooters for the batteries etc. before proceeding further. After replying to them, they said that they were putting a new one in the mail that day (Saturday) and there was no need to return the old one. I received it today (Monday) and it works like a dream. I must tell you, folks, that this is the best customer service! Not only were they very efficient, but they never once questioned the authenticity of my complaint in any way but treated me with the courtesy and warmth that we all need to see more of these days. I don’t know what went wrong with the old one - maybe I was too rough on it or maybe it was just a lemon when it came to durability (every product produces lemons) - but it is a great little gadget and with a lifetime warranty and such excellent customer service, you can’t go wrong 🙂

Bought this to replace a three year old model that died. This one is significantly more powerful. Easy to use to create wonderfully dense foam on my warm milk. After using, I just whisk a corner of my soap water, rinse and hang back on its stand for the next day - literally takes just a few seconds. Am having a little trouble getting the lifetime warranty activated but likely just need to take time to sort it out. GREAT product. This little whisk is truly wonderful. UPDATE - just a reminder - do NOT mix anything heavy- I 'brilliantly' scooped a little honey to mix into my coffee. The weight of the honey bent the shaft just a tiny bit. It still works, but the wobbling in my hand is a constant reminder to be smarter.

We have bought hundreds, if not thousands of items, via Amazon, everything from appliances to paper towels to books to clothing. Rarely is there a problems. However, this frother! The first one we purchased worked just fine for a few weeks. We replaced it at our own expense. It didn't seem worth the hassle to wrap it, return it, etc., for $12. The second one broke, the current one, stopped working after three weeks. Honestly, I have never owned such an unreliable small appliance. Amazon refused to replace it without our returning it. Thus, the wrapping, the label, the walk to FedEx. But I thought I'd share this opinion with other potential buyers: THIS IS A CHEAP, UNRELIABLE PRODUCT. While it would seem impossible that an owner could abuse the frother in any way (after all, it only froths milk), the product itself just konks out -- in our case, two products. Since I've so rarely returned an item to Amazon over the two-some-odd decades I've been using them, I... well, they were surely not my idea of helpful. Perhaps when Andy Jassy replaces Jeff as CEO, he'lll will jump on customer service.
