Very strong dosage but effective .. you could half the dosage if necessary . I think this is one of the better B complex vitamins ive taken . Its quality and works for every single person ive given to try out . Makes you use the restroom more also which is expected .

My Vitamin B level has improved over the last 3 bottles I have ordered. Every once & awhile there was a pill that the outside casing was messed up but not many. I would recommend this for low Vitamin B levels. There is no taste to this Vitamin. With a combination with my other Vitamins this is a good addition to them.
