the band itself seems fine, except there was NO link removal tool included. while it's great that the item can be returned and a replacement ordered, that is another errand I have to run and time out of my day to deal with this. there did not seem to be any way that I could find to simply contact the seller and ask them to send the missing tool.

The product is really professional looking- not cheap. The links are the perfect width to customize to fit your wrist perfectly. I’ve had difficulty with this in the past, and this brand is a winner all around. Will purchase in more colors.
