Nice, practical and space-saving
I really liked this bathroom furniture because it doesn't take up much space and helps keep everything organized. It is ideal for small bathrooms, since it makes very good use of the available area without getting in the way. In addition, the wood looks beautiful and combines easily with the decoration. In my experience, it is a good purchase if you are looking for functionality and save space.

Narrow your choices to this one!
Ok, this is going to be a long review!😛 First, let me put it out there that I live in a NYC studio and closet space is tiny and precious! I also have a *very bad cat* (Winston) who likes to get into my stuff, especially when I’m at work… so having my stuff organized, and where I can close the bathroom door and keep him away from it is not optional.😹 When I finally decided to purchase an over-the-toilet ‘thing’, I was aware of the unfortunate placement of my electrical outlet - right between the vanity top and the toilet (second photo). I also wanted one that would support a lot of stuff in different sizes, not the least of which are excessive amounts of hair brushes and hair products. DON’T JUDGE ME.😂 (Ladies, you *know* what I mean!) So I did do some research… I didn’t want one with cabinet doors, as the cabinet style has reduced flexibility for shelf spacing. I definitely wanted four shelves, and enough height to easily clear an open elongated toilet seat. This unit was easy to assemble by myself. I didn’t want to risk scratching the very nice white powder-coat on the metal (aluminum?) frame or the white laminated shelves, so it took me about 90 minutes from opening the box to photo #1. PRO TIP: do *not* completely tighten the screws until you are *sure* everything is going together correctly… when the top portion with the basket and shelves is ready to go onto the base portion, you will need some ‘give’ to adjust / snap it together without bending anything. I had no problem with the instructions or missing pieces/hardware. You will notice the long horizontal bar at the bottom in the back was initially put on (first photo) but then I took it off to lift and slide the unit over the top of the toilet. Once I did this, I realized the unit was stable enough to leave it off completely, which I did so that my OCD self can easily lift it up and take it back out of the bathroom the same way it went in. (Great for when it’s time to deep-clean the floor behind the toilet.👌🏻) Also, even tho there are two height options for that bar to accommodate the water-supply valve, only the higher of the two options would have worked in my bathroom, and it would have been a *very* tight fit (fourth photo). In the third photo, you can see the unit is not centered over the toilet. Not ideal, but it’s because of that electrical outlet, not the unit. This was not a deal-breaker for me, because I also like for my blow-dryer to be in the holder next to the electric. In the fifth photo, you can see how much stuff the unit holds. Note that these are all full-size or jumbo-size (Costco and ULTA) products. Elnett hairspray comes in very tall cans. I might look into getting a hair tools organizer for all those brushes and put it inside the wire basket shelf, but that’s a future wish. Right now I’m just glad all this stuff is not still jammed in a closet with cleaning products or clothes, or in the cabinet under the bathroom sink. Easier access will be a time-saver for me!😍 Finally - the screw-on feet are adjustable, so you can make it stable on the floor where it will ‘live’. Note: I did not feel the need to use the supplied anti-tip straps - no little kids here to pull on or hang from it. The large white hook and the three (rather flimsy) little silver hooks (photo six) aren’t super useful due to the unit not being centered. On the right side, they are too close to the wall, and on the left side too close to the sink and blow-dryer. (I just used one small one to hang a lint-roller, and the large white one for toilet paper over the tank.) The hooks also were not deal-breakers. If there’s one thing that would really improve my satisfaction with this unit, it would be white plastic plugs to cover unused holes in the frame, but hey - I’m not going to nit-pick since this thing was only about $55 (a price-cut item). Btw, I’m 65+ years old. If I can do it, so can you!💪🏻 Hope you found this review helpful!!😊

Very easy to put together the instructions were very clear! It took me about 2 hours to assemble.
The only complaint I had about the cabinet is there was only one white back panel instead of two. The cabinet is awesome but would look better with two back panels. We tried to use one of the packing styrofoam pads as the 2nd back panel but it broke.

Screwdriver was all it took!
I like how sleek and modern it is. The instructions come on 3 different sheets of paper. Although the assembly appears easy, it's definitely takes time to put together. All you need is a screwdriver. I had to remove the bottom board that goes behind the toilet because I definitely could not just put it over the top of the toilet due to the height. Seems pretty sturdy tho.

The negative reviews are right!!
So as much as I wanted to not believe the negative reviews on this, you pretty much have to. I opened the box to find glass shards everywhere, the cabinet door that has the glass had only a thin sheet of styrofoam material that crumbled in your hand protecting it. No signs on the box saying "fragile" "handle with care" etc. So the people delivering it can just toss it around without even knowing it has breakable material inside. All that aside I figured I'd put it together because the door isnt that important to the structural integrity. Omg where to begin, first half of the pieces do not have numbers so I'm guessing as to which ones they are. The pieces that make up the "walls" along the shelves are crooked. The pegs that go into the shelf unit make the shelves crooked. They are actual pegs and the shelves have cut outs for them when the shelf pegs that make the L shape and actually hold the shelf from underneath would be much more sturdy. So any amount of weight on the very front of these shelves and the whole thing falls right off. You have to anchor it to the wall! But they only included one anchoring screw instead of two. Other than that I does look nice and does hold things without them falling it you place them right. I just took E6000 glue and glued the shelves down to the pegs and that is working just fine for me. I'm lucky and have tons of space in my under sink cabinets that I do not need to out a whole lot into this cabinet but still, he'd the warnings of the reviews. This thing is NOT worth $80!

A pain to put together but for the price, it works
Overall, for how cheap the cabinet, it does the job and looks decent. Most other over tank shelving I could find around this price were just basic shelves, and I like that this one has a door and adjustable shelving. Unfortunately, it was a total pain to put together. None of the screw holes are pre-drilled - most had a small divot to help with alignment but if you don't have power tools on hand, get ready for a couple hours of arm-numbing manual screwing. Even with the divots, trying to align all the pieces was frustrating and took some trial and error. The door was especially obnoxious. They give you one of those magnet closures that should align with a metal piece screwed to the door, but they only fit together if placed in exactly the right position, and the guide holes for screwing the magnets to the base don't line up with that exact right position. To make it worse, the screws they give you to secure the magnet are WAY too short, and they don't actually fit into the magnet thing. I've included some pictures - the magnet thing has slots instead of holes and the slots are way too narrow to accommodate the screws. I was eventually able to get the magnet screwed in place, but opening the door just ripped it right out again because the screws are too short to hold it. I ended up just supergluing the magnet in place. One of the parts also came with a notable crack in the finishing. Annoying, but I was able to just put that part in the back of the cabinet so it's not actually visible once assembled. All in all, you get what you pay for. It's cheap in quality and frustrating to put together, but the finished product does the job.
